They have so many signs up not to take photos, they want you to buy the stuff not search for it online. It's cute but you can totally find that stuff on Amazon for a lot less. You can say that it's the curation of the items that matter and yes, but the prices are prohibitive for items that are mass produced. This isn't chicago. In previous years I found more Illinois/regional items or small business items that I'd be happier to give my money towards. Maybe it's post Covid inflation but the other stores in the area are much friendlier and have more unique pieces.

It is such a wonderful shop, it is always nice to visit here. The shop is always neat and orderly and very nicely decorated. Prices are fair and I always find something to buy. It is a family run shop, they are so nice and friendly. I am so happy to write this review for a shop I really enjoy. I wish it were closer to home. I always stop there if I am out that way or returning from somewhere farther out. Also if you go in the nice weather, they have a pretty garden to admire out back behind the building.

Paid for delivery and installation of a washer and dryer set…read more The delivery drivers were extremely rude and ignored the delivery instructions. Then as I was calling Sherman's, the drivers unloaded the machines WITHOUT PROTECTION onto a gravel driveway and left. I was told they'd refund the delivery and installation fee, but I could either move it myself or let it sit outside in the elements until they could schedule another delivery team in a couple days. Go anywhere else. This place didn't even try to make it right, and that's after spending like $6-7k in the last two weeks at their store. It goes without saying I told them to pick it up and refund me so I could order elsewhere!!

Ordered a new $3200 mattress and was told they would take the old one away. Waited around for 4…read morehours for the delivery drivers. When I got notice they were on their way, I brought the old mattress outside and put on my porch to make it easier and faster for them. They wouldn't take the old mattress because it was outside and it could have bugs. I refused the new mattress and now I don't have a mattress to sleep on until I get one from somewhere else.
