I went for the first time today. Interesting to say the least. I went in for a 60 minute foot massage, but ended up getting a 53 minute full body massage? He only spent maybe 15-20 minutes on my feet, which is where I needed it most after running a half marathon yesterday. Most people wouldn't complain about a full body massage for $30, but, I was hoping for more foot work. In addition, you'll see these signs posted around the establishment. Take those as you will. The absolute best I have ever had!!! I use massage as a therapy for my knee pain. Because I limp I constantly have back pain. Lisa (my massage therapist) worked on men for an hour and half and literally worked me from fro. Head to feet.. including using her knees and standing technique that made breath out load in total relaxation. I just can't say enough good things about Lisa the owner Lin and all the staff. Pretty good, i think their prices are very reasonable and they are very polite- if they miss a call they'll call back! It's convenient that they allow walk in's, not requiring to be booked "on the hour" like other places. Driving around I found this place and I'm so glad I did. The front desk was super friendly and gave me a great discount. The atmosphere is calming and the place is new and clean. I saw Betty and she was amazing. She asked questions about the pressure and found all 200 of my knots. I originally got an hour but because she was so good, I extended it 30extra min. For $85 bucks I promise I got almost a two hour massage or at least it felt like that. They don't cut corners or time. Best massage ever. Definitely going back and worth the price!! Terrible service, I specifically explained what I needed and she assured me this would be possible. Offered me the combo package $45.00 and the massage was terrible. I waited 45 min to be seen in a tiny room with another individual and afterwards I was very honest with her and explained I was very unhappy. She offered to do 10 more min for free mind you I had already now been there almost 2 hours so I declined. I later got a text message offering 1/2 hour free and I asked If I could just get a partial refund and she was very rude and disrespectful through text message. I will not be back and I highly recommend no one to book an appt. There are two fantastic places on cypresswood near 45 which are my regular places. read more
