The woman on the phone told me she was not able to cancel the order and that she would have to send the request to the District manager. Since I was charged, I was forced to drive over to the Pantops store. The smoothie wasn't prepared. The manager who had been so rude on the phone continued to be nasty and even cursed at me. She ran over to make my drink which made me uncomfortable since she hinted that she had tainted it with something. Begrudgingly I took the cup and left. I drank the smoothie and became severely ill to the point of going to the ER. Needless to say, I have not had one since then.
