I referred to the menu that states two different sizes and therefore two different prices, unfortunately she didn't agree with the menu nor did she want to ask for assistance. She then proceeds to push a few more buttons saying she had it fixed/figured it out and hit total before I could read the order. I could tell by the price that it had not been fixed and another employee that happen to be walking by assisted her into rectifying the order. For the intentional lack of response to take an order properly and over charge patrons I give the employee interaction 1 star. It took 32 minutes to get my salad and bone broth. This is 1145am on a Monday with 3 customers in sight. 32 minutes is a long time to wait for raw food. The food arrives and the salad is fine but you can build the same thing at Whole Foods cheaper and faster. The bone broth is delivered luke warm and is nothing special- at all. It's amongst the least tasty bone broth I've ever had. Recommend a kiosk or two at the front of the store to limit employee confusion on orders and work on faster prep for raw- no cooking required- meal delivery under 30 minutes. The salads are over priced for what you get, I stopped for some fries about an hour after lunch to satisfy my tummy.

The woman on the phone told me she was not able to cancel the order and that she would have to send the request to the District manager. (The Rio store told me they helped customers with cancellations on the spot.) I asked to speak to the District manager. She would not provide the phone number and offered an email. Then she hung up. Since I was charged, I was forced to drive over to the Pantops store. The smoothie wasn't prepared. The manager who had been so rude on the phone continued to be nasty and even cursed at me. She ran over to make my drink which made me uncomfortable since she hinted that she had tainted it with something. Begrudgingly I took the cup and left. I drank the smoothie and became severely ill to the point of going to the ER. Needless to say, I have not had one since then.

The non commercialized building was a welcome site. This is the one and only Ivy Provisions. Grab a bag of chips, salad or treat with a bottle drink as you head to the counter of Ivy's cozy space. The young gentleman was friendly and efficient with answering a few questions. My wife ordered the Gobbfather which is a Turkey Melt on white. I ordered the lobster roll special. Seating is all outdoors on the patio. Food orders are prepared and sent out in a bag through the window, you will find utensils and napkins in this location. The area was clean. The restroom is gender neutral and was also clean with proper supplies. My wife enjoyed her turkey melt and found it so big she could not finish. My lobster roll I had no problem dusting off.
