When I left with my inspection sticker my steering wheel was crooked from tires & a control arm that they said that I needed in order to get my sticker, which was complete BS. I trusted them, when I drove off in my vehicle my steering wheel was off center as I drove straight down the road. When I went back Jim told me that they don't preform alignments. Well Jim, why on earth would you provide services on a vehicle and you are only able to complete 2 out of the 4 tasks that need to be completed in order for the car to be safe to drive on the road. When I went back to talk to Jim all he said was that another dealership would have charged me twice for the work that they completed. I got a message for you Jim, even if it was 4 times more at least I would I have gotten back in a vehicle that I felt safe driving IN... Isn't that the entire purpose for having a State Inspection in the FIRST PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away..............

We have bought 3 rabbits from Rural King in the past month. Each one of them has passed away and…read morethe rabbits that they have, are sick and have problems. $120 down the drain because the people they get them from take them away from their mom too soon. Tried everything on the 3 that we purchased and nothing worked. We take care of our animals and before they say its "caregiver problems" its not our animals are spoiled rotten and have absolutely 0 problems. Also bought 4 chickens, and 2 ducks and one of the chickens has a broken leg. The rabbits were babies who had their whole life ahead of them but gone way too soon. NEVER BUY RABBITS FROM HERE!!!!!

They cancelled my order because they did not have the mower to sell, did not offer to order one, and had no idea how to solve the problem. They did however accept my money on their website quite readily, and it is now tied up somewhere. Now I have no riding lawn mower, and no refund after four days. Please take caution, because as of today, they are still advertising this same riding mower on their website as for sale and in stock for pick up. Some of the worst business practices I have ever seen.

Over this…read moreweekend, during the Arctic blast, we had allot of trouble with our vehicle wanting to start and starting started... Come to find out there was more WATER in our gas tank than gas. And it has frozen in the gas line preventing actual gas from going thru... We have not been getting gas any of other place... From here on, we'll be traveling for our gas.
