Our experience with Diana Cohn was quite simply the worst I have ever had in my 20+ years of running a business. Her level of incompetence is mind boggling. She took about $24,000 from us and never produced a single thing of value. We worked with her for nearly a year and she could never get anything of value done and we received absolutely nothing from her but headaches. It was the most frustrating experience in my life and I cannot suggest more strongly to stay away from this person. We found a competent bookkeeper who was stunned at the mistakes and incompetence of Ms. Cohn. Our new bookkeeper did in 30 days what Ms. Cohn could not do in close to a year and SHE CHARGED US LESS MONEY PER MONTH. We now have a smooth bookkeeping relationship where I have to do very little. it has been amazing and almost worth the money to get away from Ms. Cohn. I literally have never worked with a person less knowledgeable about their business or less equipped to provide the service I was paying for. Stay far away if you want competence. read more

Diana is a true gem. Bringing your business from an old school excel format and integrating to QBO can be quiet intimidating but Diana made it fun and relatively easy to do. She definitely makes you learn how to use it in a way that it is understandable and user friendly. She is quick to respond on email if you have a quick questions and overall 100% reliable. Ms. Cohn and I had a remote consultation when I first contacted her. She gave me the impression that she would be able to help me with my chart of accounts. I am a serious novice to QB Pro and I had another "accountant" supposedly clean up my chart of accounts and he made it worse! When Ms. Cohn first reviewed my chart of accounts she told me that she would be able to help me fix it up and help me to understand why it was messed up to begin with which would help me to go forward and do things correctly. She explained that she had a 5 hour help session or I could pay by the hour. I have not yet launched my company and have no income, so money is very tight, so I selected the hour session to see how it would go. If it went well I would continue to pay by the hour or try to gather up the money to pay for a 5 hour session. We set up an hour session and Ms. Cohn remoted in again. We went through a few things which was very helpful but ate up all of the time I had paid for. When we started discussing the chart of accounts she told me that it was advanced and that she couldn't teach me what I wanted to know in such a short amount of time. She told me that's why she offered me the 5 hour session. Which confused and frustrated me. She told me we would clean up my chart of accounts which was the one thing I really wanted help with and now she was telling me I wouldn't get help with it. When I pressed her to help me to understand how I could fix my chart of accounts myself, she said it would take more time than we had. I was getting frustrated which made her frustrated and our session ended by her hanging up on me! I thought I had found someone who could really help me with QuickBooks Pro on an on going basis. I thought I would have a great resource in helping me to use QB Pro the correct way, but she decided to end our client relationship by being unprofessional & hanging up on me. I am very disappointed she didn't do what she said she would help me with. read more

As a hairstylist, and now a small business owner, numbers evade me and freak me out unless it has to do with a hair color formulation.
