It started off 2 yrs ago when we started there. We came here to live from MI. Finally, my husband had enough of the run around every time with prescriptions, month after month and asked to speak with a manager. After proving, yes proving he was in the right the manager said to take our business else where. We did. And have had no issues the last 2,months and we are treated with respect and friendliness at CVS. We could not take the abuse, yes verbal abuse and lies about not having our prescriptions and no one called it in over and over. I'm not telling all here but, you get the picture hopefully and go to CVS instead of this run around for no reason that we can think of except not liking the 60+ ages. We are not all grumpy anymore than the younger.
