Bulk spices, bulk grains and snacks, and pour-your-own items: local honey, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. They have 3 beers on tap (bring your own jar or they have growlers for sale) plus a hard kombucha that is from someone in Montana - you can also get her kombuchas in mason jars in the fridge. Great service and great atmosphere. If I lived in Salmon I would want to work here.
