The meat just tasted like overcooked beef slabs. It was large and tons of beef but you wouldn't want to eat the beef because of its lack of flavor. I tried putting ketchup on the beef just to help it because not even the au jus was helping. But that didn't do any better. :( The fish and chips were good but just one slice of lemon wasn't enough and no malt vinegar offered. We didn't get a "table check" so we could ask for these items so we just ate what we could and waved down for the check. Salmon is so small that there are not many options for food at all. You'll likely not have much of a choice but to dine here if staying for a few days, so I suggest just not getting the French dip.
