However, the finish is chipping off of the drain. I have been trying to reach them for a week via multiple emails and contact forms on their website as well as two voice mails, without success. No one has responded. I am not sure what the problem is - lack of office staff? Maybe I need to say I have a plumbing emergency in order for them to respond?
