This place is CONSISTENT! It's consistent in its superb customer service and the delicious food/drinks they serve. I was raised in Albany but moved away however I have visited Cornerstone my last 3 trips and it has been exceptional each time! I wish I could remember the young lady's name on my first trip, she put together a custom sandwich for me bec I couldn't find anything on the menu quite how I wanted it. I love supporting local businesses whenever I travel, and so I was pleasantly surprised to find a local, family-owned coffee shop in Albany! There is ample parking outside, especially when going early in the morning. The ambience is warm and welcoming, and the floral bud vases were my favorite personal touch :) I asked the barista what her preferred latte syrups were (for someone who doesn't like drinks too sweet), and she recommended the lavender latte and the rose latte. I tried both and they tasted amazing! The lavender was my favorite -- sweetened just right with a strong but not overpowering lavender flavor. The coffee is high-quality and very tasty. I also tried their red velvet muffin which was delicious with the cream cheese filling. I will be back next time I'm in the area! read more

A very unexpected surprise. There has never been a coffee shop in this area. I stopped in and gave it a try. I was not disappointed. They have a variety of coffee and non coffee drinks. me and my boyfriend stopped by on the way back home to jacksonville, fl and so happy we did. the owner was very welcoming made us some delicious coffee gave us one in the house even because he is so proud of his cold brews and as he should be because it was delicious!! while waiting for our drinks a man whom seemed less fortunate walked in and it seemed to be a regular thing because the owner immediately said "snacks and a drink" and the owner looked to have a designated container of snacks just to provide for those in need. he gave the man snacks for free and wish him a good day... it was beautiful. Me and my boyfriend looked at each other in shock to see how awesome of a guy the owner is. Nice ambiance. The baristas were nice. However, this is a place that seems like when you order something, they're out of it.
