Until I get exactly what I made very clear to this company about my concerns. Once received notification from a collection agency identifying this same fact , which in every sense of the word stated; it gives them the ability to never view your letters with importance,documents that aggressively cite law and legal terms with litigious intentions seriously. However it's considered laughable by many agencies do to my experience, yes appearing knowledgeable with what to say, but yet stupid to send a supposedly legal documentation without it being notorize nor signed with a wet signature of your own. Yet we scream for creditors to present a wet signature of ours as well? No matter what anyone tells you or how polished their excuses they believe themselves because its in their best interest or fits perfectly for their bottom line $$....just know it's absolutely not good in anyway to not have a record of your own or in your best interest to have paper work sent any where with out it properly being, "dressed to be addressed," To me that kind of process is just time consuming and cost you money every month, as the deductions from your account nor debt card continues for consecutive months that could have took only one month if it was done correctly on the first attempt? All the money we spend do to being lazy or just uneducated to credit law or simply spoiled by individuals doing what we choose not to do for ourselves is only problem we really have. Please question why you not getting your paperwork certified and stamped with a notary for the $64 that only cost you nothing doing it yourself ?(with already prepared documents?) Exactly $12 for Certified mail return receipt / and only cheaper for regular certified mail confirmation of delivery. Apprx: $6. Lesson Learn!!!

The auto policy is one of the cheapest with best coverage. We also did event insurance with them which only cost 50.00 flat! I carry a policy on my ring which covers everything. Don't work for State Farm or know any of these people personally just sharing a great experience we had dealing with them. I have been with state farm since 2015ish & have only dealt with this office. They also handled my auto loan when I got a new car with better interest rates than what the dealership could offer.

I guess that you can say that I have a lot of experience with insurance agents (and even internet companies), and unfortunately, I have had some bad experiences. For example, I thought I had good coverage with an online policy for my car (let's just say that the small green lizard was their representative) but then had an accident and found out that my coverage wasn't quite what I had thought. I had to shell out thousands for a repair...so much for "cheap" insurance! When I moved to Toledo I asked around about who I should choose for my home and auto insurance, and I consistently heard good things about Mullan Insurance. I also saw on TV that they had received some sort of award from the Better Business Bureau, so I felt that I could probably trust them. I decided to give them a call, and I was extremely happy that I did. What I liked the best was the fact that they have multiple companies from which they can choose, and so they were able to get prices from several different companies that could get me the best price. I also felt like they treated me as an intelligent human being, taking the time to explain the types of coverage and deductibles that I could choose from. I didn't feel like they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes with complicated insurance "speak"- they were happy to answer all of my questions and saved me money by finding just the right company for me. I appreciated that. They also helped get me several discounts that dropped my cost quite a bit. These are quality people, and I highly recommend them!
