I called customer service to update my address as there wasn't a box to enter it when I tried online. The Indian CS rep stated that I needed to take 2 photo IDs to my local branch bank to change my address. Finally, after going around and around with him about this, he finally relented and made the change for me. I'm looking for another bank.

This is the most incompetent banking company I've ever worked with when it comes to home loans…read more When I first put my application in for my home loan which was approved, they dragged their feet so long on appraisals that I had to reapply for the home loan that I already was approved for months prior. Getting any of them to call you back as a true chore in itself. They are not set up in any way for external payments which any other banking facility is capable of. I wish I would've never have chosen this Bank for my home loan. I had the same issues when I had my motorcycle loan with them as well. Thankfully, I was able to pay that motorcycle off loan relatively quick and I'll never be back to this bank going forward. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for loans or any kind or for any banking that you choose to do. If I could give them a zero I would.

The guy on the phone didn't speak very good English, he put me on hold 3 times for and 20 seconds each and told me that he's sorry but the bank can't help me get my money back or stop the payment. I had three direct deposits for $500 into the account in 90 days and have held the account open and in good standing for 6 months and they will not honor their promise. Do not trust them. In my opinion they do not do what they say and are guilty of false advertisement. My wife and I planned on using that money to buy Christmas presents for our children and grandchildren. Just goes to show never trust bankers.
