Then when i finally…read morereceived a call back from Ms. Shanon I asked why no one answers the phone or returns calls in a timely matter and she responded by saying that I don't need to be a patient there and that i need to go somewhere else and then she hung up on me. I think it was an appropriate question to ask after a week of calling and no return call. If this is the way that they treat their patients then i don't advise anyone to go here. I am new to Georgia and this is not what i would consider Southern Hospitality. I was in complete shock the way she treated a potential patient. I called back about 5 min later asking for someone to talk to regarding a complaint and she preceded to say that she was the office manager and that i could speak to her directly. There was no way that i wanted to speak to her so i just asked her for her email address and i will be emailing the team and copying her on the email.
