We all have the same insurance and my husband and I have never had a problem with ours. Apparently, since we started going there they have had my sons insurance information wrong and we were not told this until 2010. Every year we fill out a new form for address and insurance and while they updated my husbands and my information they failed to update his, because of this every time they filed a claim it never went through. Since they never updated his address we never received anything in the mail until 2010 when they file collections under my name which had the correct address of course. When I tried to get this information on print out they at first refused and were belligerent towards me. After about 3 months of dealing with them, insurance and the collections agency, insurance finally decided to refile the claims to make it easier on us. They didn't have to refile and the doctors office would have been out of the money because it was their mess up. Today my son sliced his finger open pretty bad at school. When we went to the doctors office they refused to see him even though he had blood running down his hand. Apparently there was an old bill in 2007 that was under a different insurance that we didn't know we had. So after 3 months and insurance paying $500 they rufused my son service over $165 from 2007. This is supposed to be a CHRISTIAN ORGANIZATION and they turned away a 6 YEAR OLD because of $165 from 2007. Would you trust them with your family?

At 9:27 , I had to stop at a railroad crossing because of a train. This train was 500 feet from the Md office. After 6 minutes , I called the MD office and explained that I was held up by the train at the corner and please don't cancel my appt. The train ran 15 minutes. I arrived at the Md office at 9:48. I was informed by the lady at the front desk that I was late. I told her that I was stuck for 15 minutes at the train on the corner and that I had called in for them not to cancel my appt. She responded well that would be up the my MD. She called back and spoke to my Md. The Md said No , she has to reschedule. I was livid. I thought that exhibited poor customer service, insensitivity to your patients and no compassion. Well I didn't tolerate that, I fired her . I called and made an appt with another Md who is much closer to my house.

Dr Goolsby was my doctor for years until my insurance changed years ago, but while he was my…read moreprimary care doctor he was always attentive, very professional and caring. My father in law is now coming to see Doctor Goolsby and nothing has changed, he is still professional, kind and caring towards his patients. He even remembers me from all those years ago.

My baby…read morevisit this office several time and my daughter visited this office once and when I called to get my daughters immunizations records the first thing they said was they cannot find that my children EVER visited the office?? WHAT?? I also asked them when my daughter was going there for a check up if she needed any shots and they said no that at her age all she needed was a checkup. So I come to find out that my daughter actually was supposed to get shots and she is now 8yrs old and couldn't start school because the doctors office did not do what they were supposed to. Then Deanna(or whatever her name is) at the front desk hung up in my face she didn't let me talk and express my frustrations on why they couldn't even find that my children went to their doctors office in the first place. The next day she changed her story & started to tell me my daughter was not caught up on her immunizations after they had time to figure out what to say because they knew they were in the wrong. I asked to speak with the office manager or nurse. No one ever called me. She told me that Doctor Hall told her to stop talking to me. Why would a mom who's calling to just get her child's immunization records make all this up?? This is crazy, I've never experienced this before at a doctors office. They will lose your information and be irresponsible and instead of apologizing and having integrity they will try to dismiss what they did and act like you were the problem.
