This team of four hardworking and skilled guys arrived early and worked until 6:45PM to get the job done. They were pleasant (with good senses of humor - always a plus in my book) and educated myself and my husband about how to maintain our lovely new Quartz. What great hires they were for Moonlight! Unfortunately, I can only recall two of their names (Michael & Tyson), but the whole team was outstanding and very professional! Also worth mentioning, were the two women at their store in East Wenatchee. I was sent over to check out Quartz remnants. These two women (I'm sorry I don't have their names) took their time to educate me on the pros and cons of different surfaces and let me inspect remnants as long as I wanted. Kudos to Moonlight!

For a variety of reasons they didn't show, the were booked out for months, or they didn't have what I needed. One phone call, one trip, one day I had my design, counter and install set up. I have had the worst experience with Pius. I ordered cabinets and countertops. I pick up my…read morecabinets. I am told I have 4 pallets. I am only able to take two pallets with me. I tell them I will come back for the remainder. They tell me ok. The GC goes to pick up the remaining pallets. They only get 3 cabinets. Pius says that all that remains. Pius shorts me 6 cabinets. Their logic, the six cabinets fell out of your truck. Not possible as I would see them fall. I called Pius and the salesmen (Spencer) 7 times not one returned phone call. Pius does not tell me anything only the GC. They refuse to return my phone calls. Stay away from Pius. I plan on contacting the BBB and an attorney.
