Meanwhile he had us running around getting bids, sending vendor bids to his email , one week later he told me he could not locate it (this went for 3 weeks) finally he did see the bid and told us that the contractor had to add a description of the hail and wind damage, this was update and sent back to Andrew within 24 hours - then he writes the claim is closed and he tried hard to help us , Sorry !
