I had interviewed 5 diff attorneys to represent me cos i needed the best. I finally decided on Edward kroll. He wasnt d cheapest nor was he d most expensive.his price wa just right.but my life was more important than the money. He told me wat all my option were.if convicted i will be goin to prison,or i could take a plea with d state which means i have a felony record with prob no prison time or we go to trial..and he will argue my case till the end. I decided to go to trial even when most of the cards were stacked agaist me. Trial was in April 2012 Right from d jury selection process all the way to his closing statemen Mr Kroll brought his A game. A Deeply Troubling Experience Please Read Before You Hire…read more I hired this law firm a couple of years ago, and my experience was extremely distressing. What I expected to be ethical, professional representation turned into one of the most disappointing and harmful experiences of my life. Throughout the course of their representation, legal agreements and professional obligations were not upheld. There was a clear lack of transparency, diligence, and follow-through. Even the most basic protections owed to a client were ignored. Instead of honoring the initial agreement and completing the work I had already paid for in full, I was pressured for additional, excessive fees while important parts of my case were left incomplete. During critical stages of my case, I was abandoned without proper notice or support. When I finally obtained my case file, I discovered deeply concerning communications and what appeared to be the unauthorized sharing of confidential information actions that caused real harm to my defense, my rights, and my safety. As a civilian and member of the public, I strongly believe that those with legal authority have a duty to uphold justice and protect their clients, not compromise them. Too often, situations like this are quietly dismissed or covered up but firsthand experiences can't be erased when shared truthfully and publicly. That's why I'm writing this. To bring awareness and for genuine concern for others. No one should ever feel unprotected or betrayed by those they trusted to defend them. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience.
