A year later, I needed to replace the HVAC unit in that same home - I called the same broker that helped me purchase the house (which I am seeing was a HUGE mistake) and again, everything was good until the appraisal came through completely erroneous and challenges had to be entered against their report. After listening to this broker regarding the status of this refi, I signed the contracts to have the HVAC installed. Needless to say, after the challenges were entered and the contracts were singed, she did not return any of my phone calls or emails, leaving me to cover the cost of the HVAC unit from my own pocket. This company is NOT LOYAL and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...DO NOT USE THEM!!! STAY AWAY. He was my Property Manager for the main bulk of time, and then when I was ready to sell, he easily slipped into being the Seller's Agent and represented me while I lived several hours away. During the time he was my Property Manager, Mike kept the condo full. I had a very good rate as far as low vacancy. He took care of issues as they came up and was very responsive (phone, text and email). He charged a fair rate as far as his commissions and would make sure I was happy with the final amount. As my Real Estate Agent, he found buyer's within a month, and we closed last week. It was a smooth sale, no glitches along the way from start to finish.
