I could not get anyone to help us in our immediate area. I reached out to Cityline 65 miles away from our home. A couple of days later the owner personally came to see the damage. They started work as soon as they could to remove over 9,000 pounds of stuff from our basement and start the first floor. They were here everyday with up to 12 people working. 59 days later, they finished. The team did an amazing job. The basement looks great and the first floor is beautiful. It was on this day that Cityline guaranteed us that they will support our restoration project with commitment, professionalism, and thought from beginning to end. An hour after the last firefighter left our house and our insurance company was called, a representative from Cityline reached out to set up an appointment to begin our restoration. The response was fast and amazing. That evening equipment began to arrive. The following morning an entire work crew arrived and began the clean-up. In addition, Dana was appointed as our project manager and took away every worry we had by taking complete control of all scheduling. Tom Williams, the owner, arrived as well to ensure all work will be done with the upmost professionalism and promptness. He was RIGHT! For the next several weeks, Cityline did not miss a day during the entire restoration project.
