This other female asked (rudely, again), have you ordered with us before and I responded this is my first time. I'd think she'd be more nice to new customers but I'm wrong again, she asked what my name was (rudely) and I gave it to her...I just couldn't do it. I just hung up. My COMPTON side was gonna come out so I hung it up. Is there another flower shop with better / kinder service. Please treat your customers especially new ones better. You'll get more service as well as being referred to many others as well.
