I shop Hobby Lobby quite a bit. I just recently bought some items and with them a gift card, but…read morewhen I looked for the gift card at home I was unable to find it. I thought perhaps I had dropped it or left it on the counter and returned to the store to inquire if anyone had found a gift card. The manager was VERY HELPFUL. she even went so far as to research this on their camera's and was able to tell me that I had I tossed the card in one of the two bags. I hadn't remembered that I had 2 bags. It was very helpful and I went home and checked the "yarn bag" and , sure enough, there was the card amongst the yarn. Maybe they have new managers since the other reviews were so negative, but also quite a few years ago.
