I was greeted with friendly people, following Covid guidelines, and started my evaluation. They soon evaluated my current status, and started me on a program. As I progressed, the program changed and I was further evaluated, keeping in mind my goal. The whole staff is very efficient, professional and friendly. Hope is my regular therapist and does a great job. She pushes me to do my best, while still being concerned with my current abilities. I would recommend Summit to anyone needing physical therapy. I have found that working hard in your therapy gives you the best results and Summit has provided that drive for me.

They have not explained one result of the test they took, nor did they give us any help when we were there for it and honest about what we did to make sure we had all the information we needed for Muskogee Saint Srancis Hospital. But that they were so busy gossiping about us that they had not given us the dignity of the bathroom nor did they care about my husband sitting in his own feces because they believed that I was giving him drugs even though they saw him yelling at me in ICU because of withdrawal behavior. No they were not qualified to make that judgment were they, but they felt they were qualified to tell me they knew I gave him drugs and locked myself into the bathroom with him. Instead of cleaning him up because we are not nothing but trash to them. Even though I had to leave work and run up there because they didn't give him the dignity of a restroom. They no nothing about need candy while going through a withdrawal they were busy chattering away with amusement on our experience and sent a security officer telling me he was going to kick me out while showering my husband. Because they believed we were doing drugs. Do I need to be treated like I am scum. The staff don't realize I work really hard everyday and every night that I am always working and live on property and have taken care of a property that I managed for 2 years with no days off and no vacation and still have no time off until I was admitted to that hospital. Your doctors and Nurses suck they don't hear anything about the reason you are even there after you mention that you have done drugs. That is a small part of who I am and they tested us knowing we were positive because we told them so why is a security officer telling me our results and threatening me and ur Nurses in my face. My husband threatening to sign himself out for not getting him a candy bar because he has a liquid diet and I am wondering why they find it amusing to do something like, let a grown man sit in feces over 3 hours and shut the door to the shower so he can cry in frustration and pain for how The hospital staff treat everyone who needs help with their personal opinions. While our insurance pays for services just to be humiliated. And I have heard this from all walks of life in Muskogee. The only reason they have customers is because they don't have competitors and I for one will be transport to tulsa from now on and tell for staff that they are not better than their patients one day they will be one. Professional would be so helpful for people who are going through something. There is nothing worse than a Doctor who doesn't listen to their patients. Don't take your family here seriously they do not know anything about the person they are supposed to help. Instead they don't believe you and tell you what they think of you personally and snicker and talk about what you are going through like you are zoo animals there for their own personal entertainment. Not to mention I have been through alot in my life but to give me medication that I have not taken in 6 years that a licensed therapist is very careful about what and when to med. They sent me back into crisis mode with extreme anxiety and panic attacks since I left and prescribed them to me. All the work I did to cope with being a high Risk suicidal person and in 5 Days took years of treatment from me and put me back in it I almost went to the pharmacy and got those medications and took them. Because of the abusive behavior I almost did something that would have left my husband a widow. Over a extremely bad headache that I thought was do to dehydration and food poisoning since I have had a serv safe license and it was my body I think I was more qualified than the morons in this Hospital.
