We have recently changed banks and we're trying to get everything changed over for our payments and this agent chose to cancel my policy without ever making a phone call. She notified our apartment complex before ever notifying us saying the policy was about to be cancelled and proceeded even upon request via email to not call me and cancelled our policy and notified us 4 days after she cancelled the policy and all this during the floods here in Charleston.
