Why would you not tell the customer that their headlights were different. Had another deer strike, and they fixed all the problems with the headlight.

They cannot fix it cause it's too cold so they told me to come back with a warm and they would make a note of it so it was still covered under warranty. MELISSA VONG basically said F U. If we can't fix it now you're gonna pay for it yourself even though it's not my fault because it's too cold and told me i'd have to buy the extended warranty. The service people even said that they don't think that's fair to me because I brought it in within the warranty period. If I ever treated my customers like that, I wouldn't have a business.
