So convenient. I inquired online about the "Mow Hoe & Blow" service options, since our ask was a lil beyond standard maintenance, and I received a response the same day, within minutes. Although we have no grass to mow, we had leaves everywhere, overgrown bushes and trees and some tree limbs had broke due to months of neglect during monsoon season. They got us on the schedule same week,, text updates when they were on the way and prompt arrival right when schedule. I didn't get before pics of the front, but the before & after was impressive. We are looking to replace our current cleaning company so I contacted Cornhusker Cleaning to see if they would be interested in stopping by to give us a quote. I did call early (7:45 am), the male that answered sounded sleepy and I apologized for calling that early. I proceeded to tell him I was calling from a business looking for a new cleaning company but he hung up on me. I tried calling back and was sent to vmail. If this is the kind of customer service they provide over the phone we definitely don't want to do business with them. RESPONSE: I'm sorry but it was a deep voice who answered so I assumed it was a man. And yes, I did state why I was calling but since you hung up on me you must not have heard me. You say the called showed up as spam, then why bother answering. If you decided to answer the call you should have taken a few seconds to listen to the caller instead of hanging up. Great service. The team has been to our house twice now and each time they did a fantastic job! I told them the areas I wanted to be focused on and they knocked it out of the park. I had tried every type of chemical and product to get the hard water ring out of our toilets and in just a small amount of time our toilets looked amazing. They got the magic touch. The owners of this company will be the ones cleaning. I like the idea of the same people coming for recurring cleanings rather than a revolving door of new people coming through the house. They were also very sweet and efficient! They left the house SPOTLESS! I was afraid to touch anything as I would mess it up haha. They did 2,000 sq ft in 3.5 hours and deep cleaned everything! We hired this company to do a deep cleaning of our house prior to putting it on the market for sale. They did a very poor job. Cabinet doors were not wiped down. Wall above and below counters were not cleaned. Base boards were barely touched. Skipped the laundry room all together. I ended up redoing most of it myself as time was of the essence. read more

I really, and I mean really wanted to love them. Their personal vibe is off the charts awesome. They seemed SO nice in person. I scheduled a deep clean a month out, so my house was fairly messy as I didn't touch anything because for the first time I was hiring a company to do it for me! They called letting me know they were running late (great communication, I appreciated that) and when they showed they got right to work. I took my four kids to the park for the morning so they could really get the deep clean, uninterrupted. They called back about two hours later, which I was a tad shocked they were already finished, and we came home. Initially I was okay with what I saw, but it was a mad dash to get the kids settled and the baby in bed. As the weekend went on, I kept finding things they missed. Microwave missed, dinning room untouched, couches not vacuumed. I specifically asked for windows, blinds and sills to be done, and she assured me (see pic) they were included. Not a single window was touched. It was just downhill from there. I found so much that was overlooked, I started to wonder what I spent $340 on... I know that may not seem much to some, but it was a lot for me to hire out and accept help in my home. I reached out to them and the response was a tad condescending. She did offer to come back and work for 1.5 hours to "address the areas... although she was positive they were already done..." I offered her pictures, to assure her I wasn't just complaining. This is a family owned small business run by a husband and wife who are wonderful hard working people. Their prices are straight foreword flat rates that are very fair and they were very accommodating to what we asked to have cleaned. Today was the first time I utilized their services and I already signed up for bi-monthly visits from them and referred them to a friend. They offer discounts with a punch card for number of visits and they also offer discounts for referrals (both people get a discount). They were super flexible with scheduling and were communicative. They did everything we discussed ahead of time as well as went above and beyond and did things like took the trash out to the can and cleaned my baby's high chair. They also offer other things as needed like yard work and various maintenance things. These people are great and you will not regret hiring them to clean your home instead of some random company that doesn't care about what they're doing.
