I just said things were looking good. Then Madison ran out of time and had to leave. She did finish mopping the floor, but my downstairs did not get the same attention at the upstairs. When mentioned to Brian, he said that they could have added time. This was never mentioned to me before my review. If that was told then the review would have 5 stars instead of 4 and I wouldn't have the manager Brian texting me asking for a review update. We really shouldn't have to give a list of all the things that we want cleaned but it seems that is the case.
