She was open to giving me options we could try in office before looking into fertility clinics. When I subsequently got pregnant and had my baby she was the physician in the hospital checking on me after birth to discharge. She was the one who showed me how to get up and down safely out of my bed with my c section pain (it was busy and my nurses hadn't had time). I wish she had done my c section as I had a different doctor who was on call, but was so thankful for her help in the aftermath. I would recommend her to all my friends and family. She seems like she loves what she does and really wants to help her patients.

Twenty-five years ago, I was five months pregnant with my first child and was dilated to five…read morecentimeters. My obstetrician at the time recommended rupturing the membranes to terminate the pregnancy. Unwilling to do so and in complete shock, I sought the expertise of Dr. Waits, who had recently opened his OB office in our town. He welcomed me promptly and successfully closed my cervix. As a result, we were able to carry the pregnancy for an additional month; however, the umbilical cord became wrapped around our daughter's neck, leading to our loss. While this outcome was not our hoped outcome, Dr. Waits's care and support were exceptional. In the subsequent years, Dr. Waits successfully delivered all three of my other children. While no individual is without imperfections, his skills and sense of humor are remarkable. He played a crucial role in helping me achieve what I now consider an incredibly fulfilling life. When I faced significant challenges with the potential delivery of my last child and had no viable options for closing my cervix, he once again devised a solution, resulting in the safe arrival of our beautiful daughter. I entrusted Dr. Waits with my own well-being and that of my children, and I continue to regard him as an exceptionally skilled and dedicated medical professional. He will always hold a special place in our hearts, as he played a crucial role in the completion of our family. Currently, all three of our children are making significant contributions to our community; our two oldest sons have completed their college education, and our daughter, at the age of 18, is attending college and is on track to complete a double major in Psychology and History, along with a minor in Theology by the age of 19. I was first greeted, before entering the bldg, by Sabrina to check my temperature. Then she proceeded to check me in.Sabrina is so easy to converse with. She is so pleasant she made me feel at ease. My doctor's visit was with Sally Cox. Right away I felt at ease. She first talked with me and asked for my concerns. Next Doctor Cox did the evaluation. I've never,in all my years going to a gynecologist,had any doctor explain and show me what was going on down there. Doctor Sally Cox is by far the best gynecologist to see. I have had no luck with anyone answering my calls for weeks now. It rings forever and mostly it is…read morenot answered and does not even go to voicemail. I have to drive down to take care of business Everytime. This for my doctor's office and the day surgery center. In fact, I am here now because no one answered the phone. After my pre-op appointment I was told I would be called this morning regarding what time. That call never happened. Now I am waiting because I am told that there is a change in schedule. ​ I cannot speak to the clinical staff, but surely the above is absolutely unacceptable?
