I must've arrived at a very busy time, and the 10-seat waiting room was overflowing and there was a line at the receptionist counter when I arrived. The receptionist and I exchanged some information...first in German and then in English as she figured out I really didn't speak German as a radiology tech started speaking in English to me. Both ladies were very nice. It took me less than 15 minutes to get my X-ray taken by a very nice tech. She must've been in training since another tech checked her work before they actually took images. As I was leaving the X-ray room, they asked me if I wanted a CD of my images just taken. I thought that was very nice service since I have never experienced that in the States. I waited another 10 minutes or so to receive my CD to take it with me. It was altogether very nice experience even considering initial awkward exchange of information due to some language differences. Very good customer service rendered here.

Great health care is provided at this relatively small military health clinic for all eligible…read morebeneficiaries. Customer service is excellent at every clinic I've been to. Only minor complaint I have is the kiosk terminal where you receive your numbered ticket for your visit. It sometimes takes several tries to get your ID card read correctly. You see you have to shine the laser beam on your card just right to get it read, but once it's read the rest is pretty self-explanatory. When you're overseas, healthcare is one of those things you are most concerned with. It gives you a great peace of mind when you can be treated with respect and care in your own language. The office looked immaculately clean and the combination of the two gave a great first impression. The person I thought was a receptionist took me to the examination room and drew several vials of blood. She was, again, extremely competent and very pleasant. I hardly felt the needle going in which was very unusual for me. The only difference I noticed was while in the US vacuum vials are commonly used, here she used a syringe type ones. Well, as the saying goes, when in Rome do as Romans do. It was over before I knew it, and I was sent to the restroom for you know what. It was altogether very pleasant experience, and I'm developing an appreciation for German medical establishments. One downside of going to this location is parking is extremely difficult. I had to circle the area several times to find a slot just opened. You'll get a parking ticket at the machine, one hour minimum was 2 euros.

I was met by a very nice receptionist when I entered the designated office. Actually, the provider I saw doesn't even practice at this location. She travels several hours for appointments set up by the contracting agency for the sole purpose of conducting these verification examinations for VA disability claims. As is often the case with these inner city establishments, parking is the biggest challenge. I had to drive around the neighborhood for a couple of times before I could find an empty parking space. I had to park about three blocks away from the office. That's very inconvenient, but you don't have any choice in this matter...

We came here for getting our EU Digital COVID Vaccination Certificates. There was no line when we…read moreentered the store, and we were taken care of right away by a very pleasant lady. This pharmacy is conveniently located just inside the Old Town of Ansbach near the Herriendor Tor. You can see this prominent structure (Old City Gate Tower) from everywhere in town. The pharmacy is open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday. The person behind the service counter asked for the necessary IDs and CDC COVAX Certificates from us, and she went back to the pharmacy to prepare our documents. While we were waiting, we noticed the history of pharmacy/pharmacists through the years since 1762 on the wall. Wow, this pharmacy is older than the USA!? There was an interesting wall-display of old medicine bottles, erns, jars, etc. The pharmacist soon came out and handed our EU certs to us. Altogether great service--very pleasant staff and fast service. We thanked her and went on our way to enjoy the rest of our Saturday morning in town.

I was a little nervous since we are in a foreign country and did not know what to expect. We were positively surprised. The staff was so friendly and gave us great medical advice. I almost felt like at the doctors office. Special thanks to the pharmacist Mrs Tsouvaras and Mrs Riemann-Vuu. They took the time to understand the issue and gave me the right meds. One can tell that they have your interest at heart and not only want a quick sales. I wish we had a pharmacy like this in California. Thank you all
