He proceeded to navigate me through several potential fixes. None worked and it was determined I was hacked and locked up by someone who "really knew what they were doing." Aaron reccommended to wipe the hard drive and start over asking to drop off the two devices at his nearby home in Indian Wells. Aaron then immediately worked on the issue for next several hours. This is Sunday evening mind you after a 6 hour drive from Phoenix. By Monday morning I had picked up my laptop and tablet and was back in business. It was unclear where to park and where the business was located. After parking and walking a long distance to the entrance, I went up the stairs of the difficult to find building only to find myself very confused by the vast number of businesses in the building. There was a large map posted on the wall of the second floor above the staircase that I found very hard to understand. I walked a short distance down each available hallway and was relieved to get some help by someone who was familiar with the building who was able to give me directions to the suite.
