The truck is relatively new (2 years old with 47k miles) but clearly had been smoked in with dogs also riding in the back seat. There was dog hair and odor that needed to be removed (full detail needed same day). Looked up local detailers and Bill's was on the list. When I called Bill answered and said they would get it done today. I dropped it off a couple hours later and was greeted by Charles and later by Bill. I explained what all I wanted done and they said they'd take care of me. It was a higher price than originally discussed over the phone but it's a 3/4 ton pickup and the services to be performed made the cost seem reasonable. My truck was ready at 5:30 pm that day and looked great. Inside and out, the truck was in top condition. Shampooed carpets and seats, all surfaces cleaned, exterior washed and waxed, engine compartment looks new, blacked out frame and leaf springs, etc. Really appreciate the prompt and courteous service. I use a business cc so I am not taking money from a cc. When I returned home without my car washed my mom told me the same thing happened to her but she used the atm.
