There was dog hair and odor that needed to be removed (full detail needed same day). Looked up local detailers and Bill's was on the list. When I called Bill answered and said they would get it done today. I dropped it off a couple hours later and was greeted by Charles and later by Bill. I explained what all I wanted done and they said they'd take care of me. It was a higher price than originally discussed over the phone but it's a 3/4 ton pickup and the services to be performed made the cost seem reasonable. My truck was ready at 5:30 pm that day and looked great. Inside and out, the truck was in top condition. Shampooed carpets and seats, all surfaces cleaned, exterior washed and waxed, engine compartment looks new, blacked out frame and leaf springs, etc. Really appreciate the prompt and courteous service. I contacted Leslie Saturday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend desperate for help. My pig had an accident in my SUV a few days before and I had tried everything to get the smell of urine out of my car with no luck. I explained to him that I was leaving on a road trip Tuesday morning and was looking for help before we left on our trip. With no hesitation he agreed to do it for me on Monday. Not only was he willing to do it on such short notice and on a holdiay but he drove an hour and a half each way to pick it up, take it back to his shop and bring it back to me. Him and his wife were great people and went above and beyond what I expected when I messaged him. He did an amazing job and got the smell out of my car. Will definitely bring him any and all business we have in the future and recommend him and his company to anyone looking for outstanding service from beginning to end.
