I got my van washed today,8/23/26. Spent $23. The windshield was still dirty, the front still was covered in bugs, as was the back end. The rear view mirrors were still dirty. The last 3 times we have been here our vehicles have came out still dirty. I can't tell the difference between the $17 and the $23 washed, both leave the cars dirty lately. Often driving up to the gate the opposite gate opens. Obviously no solution yet. Yesterday opposite gate opened and I repeatedly blew my horn. No one at office. I purchased the advertised buy one month and get one month free for $32. By my math, not theirs, that is two months. Nothing was said to me that I was signing up for a membership. On Sept 20th my credit card was billed 42.99. When I asked them about this I was told I would not get my free month and no refund for $42.99. I cancelled my account so they could not access it. I have been using finishline for over 3 years. average washes. concerns are tried to be addressed but results don't seem to appear in a timely manner as expected. staff turnover seems a lot which can be expected that affects it too. equipment are getting faultier - sometimes have to switch 3-4 bays to get functional vacuum. seems to be deteriorating as time passes read more

My husband and I have been using the Finish Line Car Wash for several years now and it is by far the BEST car wash in Paducah. The staff is the friendliest, always smiling and the vacuum area's are kept very clean. I wish they would branch out more to other cities. What I find convenient and so affordable is the monthly membership club. For a monthly fee you can drive through the car wash once a day and vacuum as many times you want in that month! This is set up so that each month Finish Line Car Wash will charge your credit Card it's membership fee $12.99. I live in Ledbetter and as you are aware our water bills are so high now it does not pay for us to wash our cars at home. So both my husband and I have both cars set up with a membership . I bought my car on six 2322 I bought a membership on six 2522 to finish line on the 28th I went through the car wash I come out there is severe damage to my front right vendor and then there is damage all the way down both sides of my entire vehicle I filed a complaint they send me an email back stating that they saw where the damage was but nobody else have complained about any damage to their vehicles that day so they were not going to do anything about the damage that their car wash my new car didn't even give me the courtesy of a phone call I get a generic email from them also stating that I can file a claim with small claims court to the damage to my vehicle or file an insurance claim with my car insurance that I should not have to do because of their equipment that damaged my vehicle never take your vehicle to finish line read more

I have used Finish Line car wash for over a year. Although they are reasonable in their monthly prices, I haven't been impressed with the overall car wash results. They do not scrub the front grill for bugs and they push the cars through the wash at break-neck speed. I've used other car washes that scrub the front window and the grill each time which really helps to remove the bugs. read more

Finish Line usually does a pretty good job. Southside Paducah is the best location with the friendliest personnel. They spray your car before it goes through which is usually pretty helpful in the wash bay once it enters. I've noticed the Hinkleville Road location has stopped doing this which is frustrating and the personnel is pretty rude at times especially when there is some damage to your car that could or could not have been done in the wash. They refuse to look at their cameras or do anything that might inconvenience their busy day. If you're going to take the time out of your day then make the trip to the Southside or give your vehicle a good hand wash. Those are better than the Hinkleville Road Experience. read more

My wife and i were in the vicinity of the Expessway car was facility at the corner of Hansen Road at Olivet Church Road near the khol's Dept Store area. Our Honda Pilot needed to be washed as it had quite a few bug stains on the the front of the vehicle and on the exterior front surfaces of the rear view mirrors. We purchased the $20 manager's special and I specifically told the attendant that if the bug stains were not removed I would be back to run the vehicle through again. He told us that we could take the vehicle through the wash as many times necessary was to remove the bug stains. After the first trip through the wash tunnel the bug stains were still there as if they had not been touched. So we went through the wash process again and after getting started I asked the inside attendant could he not use the high pressure hose he had and he said that he was not allowed to do so by management. After going through the process again, the Honda looked as nasty then as when we brought it in. There was still bug stains on the front windshield when we finally decided that this place has lost its ability to clean the exterior of a vehicle. That was the last time that company will receive any of my hard earned money for such " CRAPPY SERVICE " ! ! ! Richard G. I went thru the car wash on the southside of Paducah - it did not clean the passenger side of the car at all. I called a number that is listed as that location - but wasn't. She wasn't too concerned, simply telling me to go back. I see there is another review for the same thing. Don't know about the other franchises but the quality of the Murray branch has gone down. They used to prewash and scrub the front grill to remove the bugs but now it's just a lick and a promise. DO NOT BUY THEIR GIFT CARDS! They seem to have a policy of deactivating them if they aren't used in awhile! Happened to me twice! They tell you to call a number which ends up being a runaround and unless you call and complain multiple times you will never get your card reactivated or get your money back. read more

Overcharged my debit card 11.00 for a 2.00 sprayoff that I did not chose went threw self service just to spray car off swiped card for 2.00 worth of time and thought all was good till my card gets declined at next stop because they charged me a 3.00 and then a 10.00 charge that I did not ok so not only DoD they cause me to b negative now also will be charged the 27.00 from the bank for being overdrawn so do not go ther and I will def. The Finishline in Murray is horrible other than the free vacuums. They don't maintain the wash equipment which left countless scratches on my car. The track also gashed one of my wheels. Don't go through the wash. Use the vacuums and leave. read more

Went through car wash on friday morning after I got home and put truck in garage I noticed damage on the hood. I ran a car dealership for 32 years so I am observant of damage. I called their corporate office and they told me I would have to take it back to Marion to have it looked at. When I arrived there an extremely young man by the name of Jordan was spraying cars in the lane who came out to look at my truck he told me he knew their car wash never did any damage. All I know is that when I pulled in their there was no damage and when I left it was damaged. I felt like I was being called a liar. Their corporate office also told me their washes did no damage. But when I look at their reviews the positive ones are of the cars they fixed. The money is not the issue it is the principle that if you damage someone's car fix it. I am guessing but I think they are self insured on their liability insurance. Think twice about going through their wash take the safer route and use a touch less car wash. Scheduled a full detail...not so much! More like a half detail! There were multiple areas not even touched. The outside still had wax residue and dirt all over. I complained at the time of pick up and even grabbed a rag to clean it more...manager stood behind the mediocre job! No discount or offer to fix it until I tried to call and file a formal complaint. All the workers including manager argued stood there and argued with me about a "good job" being performed. I guess 6 1/2 hours isn't enough time to get it done. After being a customer for 2 yrs now to the unlimited wash club I was told when I pulled up to south side Monday, by the manager, that I would be charged a $3 mud charge. Was my car a little muddy, yes. Have I ever been told about a mud charge before, never. I work construction and most jobs I work on are not muddy, but after all the rain from the weekend it was muddy, hence that's why I pay 24.95/month to get my car washed daily. You all are definitely making money or you wouldn't be in business. I was beyond pissed off when I left Monday. I did not get my car washed and wadded the receipt up and handed it to the asshole manager & drove off because I'm not paying an extra $3. After calming down I went back Tuesday and talked to the same guy. He said he was the one to make the determination on the mud charge, takes extra labor & time. That's what you get paid for! Still didn't offer any solution to the problem knowing I didn't wash Monday and needed to. I also tell him this is not the only car wash in town and I can very easily cancel my membership and take my business elsewhere. He seemed the least bit concerned. I told him he wasn't talking to a 19 yr old kid that's been out mudding in a field, I'm 43 and was just from the job. Went to the Southside Finish Line Carwash yesterday and had my car washed. I have a membership to wash my car everyday. After pulling through the wash, I noticed something on the side of my Nissan. I don't know what it was. I asked Daniel Woosley, the Assistant Manager, to help. He said it looked like the rubber from the bottom of a shoe and it was stubborn to come off. It wasn't shaped like the bottom of a shoe, it looked like a scrub on the car, but it was LIKE the stuff on the bottom of a shoe. Daniel took my vehicle and had it cleaned off. It looked new, and since my vehicle IS new, that mattered a lot. He didn't even charge me! I am a very happy customer. read more

Took my car to Finish Line for detailing. I will never return or recommend them. Overall, the car was cleaned well inside and out. BUT, three fatal flaws in service. (1) They emptied the glove box and console contents into one plastic bag and put in trunk. The bag contained some liquids that then leaked on the other material in bag, including my GPS. (2) They washed the mats and put wet mats in trunk and closed it. The wet mats resulted in condensation inside trunk and getting other trunk contents (books and sensitive items) wet. (3) When I brought these two matters to manager's attention, she did not listen and accepted none of the criticism, but defended her service without compromise. Due to the flaws in their service process, and in particular the attitude of the manager, I do NOT recommend this business to my friends. Too many other companies value quality service for me to try this one again. read more
