She puts my 72 year old aunt on a flight out of Denver at 6am giving her a 4 hour layover in Phoenix...why but she did 2. Paid in full - did I get a receipt NOPE - she sent me 4 emails to sort througth it all and figure it out - She truly is incompetent - who doesn't give a receipt? 3. Each time I called her it would get voice mail - the only way I could reach her was via email - why because she was moving and couldn't be bothered to let me know that. 4. 1 month out I always called the hotels for my clients when I was an agent to confirm resort fees and bedding requests and given that this one could not even get me a receipt I made the calls - the first 2 hotels were amazing but the third hotel an Outrigger hotel - well apparently they had made some changes and when I called them I was told the cost was $15.00 per day plus $60.00 per day - making the resort fee for that stay $300.00 more - and not anywhere on the documents sent to me. I emailed - because now I don't even have her phone number and she was unable to manage getting us moved to an alternate property - 2 weeks later and 2 calls from me as well as some very unprofessional emails from Kristi I was sent updated documents. 5. The documents lacked the confirmation information or the phone number to confirm bedding - the 1 bedroom on the Funjet website showed 2 twins so I wanted to confirm this request. I emailed 3 times and got emails with none of this data and the companies that managed the Sugar Resort had no reservation for me. I finally called and finally got the data requested along with an email stating that she was fabulous - not how sorry she was that I had to call her and email her repeatedly - but how dare I ask her for this super secret data. 6. Finally Funjets site shows 2 twins but when I call the vendor tells me that they do not offer that type of room.....seriously can you say FRAUD!! NEVER EVER EVER BOOK with this woman she is trained ?? Hardly

If this reviewer had over 20 years in the travel industry then there must be a hidden agenda as to why she is going through a travel agent. Kristi Salus has a great business and one negative review will not damage the impeccable service that she continues to provide my business travelers and my family every time we use her services. We can't wait to book another trip with Kristi! She truly makes traveling easier and takes the guess work out of any destination. Terrible! I was a…read morecustomer of Dynamic Travel because their staff speak Cantonese, until I realized that one of their staff, Chris, has been committing fraud and racial discrimination. I originally contacted Dynamic Travel with the intention to sign up for a tour to China organized by Charming Holidays Company for my husband and I. The 10-day tour to Shanghai is listed on the CharmingHolidays.net website with a promotional price. A Dynamic Travel staff, Chris, informed me that the promotional tours are only eligible to "oversea Chinese". Because my husband is not of Chinese heritage, Chris claimed that Charming Holidays Company imposes an additional $100 fee for any customer who is a "non-Chinese person". I recognized such policy as blatant racial discrimination. When I called again to question and challenge this so-called "non-Chinese person" price difference, Chris said he would contact representatives from Charming Holiday and get back to me. Later that day, he called and informed me that Charming Holidays had agreed to lower the "non-Chinese person" fee to $50. In addition, he would only accept cash or check as payment, no credit card. I was outraged at the arbitrary pricing depending on race! When I refused to accept such nonsense haggle, Chris hung up on the phone. And when I called back, Chris denied that he had hung up the call and persisted on the $50 fee. I became suspicious and decided to inquire with other travel agencies that also book tours with Charming Holidays. I found out there is no such a thing as "non-Chinese person" fee. Charming Holidays charges $99 for all customers. Chris has been making false claims for the purpose of personal gain! Shame on Dynamic Travel for taking advantage of the Chinese community that it serves! All for such petty minimal personal gain!

We wanted to visit several countries due to the close proximity and I requested more information on how to do it. When I got the quote, everything looked great until I started scrolling down and reading through Sue Doyle and her partner Sue Castillo's correspondence... OOPS! They belittled us for wanting to visit other locations and completely humiliated us over email. I returned her voicemail by asking her to review the same document as I was. "Okay. Stupid way to do it, but the client is always right, right?" **crickets** If this was in any way our fault, I wouldn't be wasting my time writing this review. This is how they perceive and treat their customers without their knowledge. I refuse to do business with a wolf in sheep's clothing. And for what seems to be a dying industry, this didn't do them any favors.

My children and I traveled to Rome and stayed in a hotel close to the Opera house that was perfect for me an two teenagers. One of the best things about booking with Sue is that if I ever have trouble while on a trip, she is there to help me. Expedia, other online booking sites and the airlines are nowhere to be found if you have a problem while on your trip. I had to get home quickly from Nairobi when I had problems with my business here in Phoenix, and Sue and her staff were able to get me back with out much extra cost and without the usual problems. I always know that I can count on her if a problem arises while on a trip. I would never book an overseas trip or any kind of vacation without Sue!

I asked her about a trip to europe for a group of four, a fairly expensive trip which I assume means a fairly large commission for a job well done. A week after our initial conversation, I still hadn't heard from her so I made a quick call. Two hours later she called back and promised to send the information promptly. What I received was a bare bones price sheet that looked like very little forethought went into it. The tickets were priced 400 dollars over what any travel site offered, leading me to believe she took the first number she found and claimed it to be the price. The cruise was priced appropriately but didn't mention any upgrades or onboard spending which often gets bundled into a cruise. I sent an email asking about these discrepancies and received no response. I had hoped to continue working with Carolyn to complete the trip, but after waiting by my computer for her response, I have now accepted that it is not coming. First Class Travel was inattentive, unprofessional, and just plain sloppy.
