I would like to share my overall experience with this company via their website tictacarea.com. I…read moream in the US and ordered a Michael Kors smart watch. I chose this company because they had the best price. The order went smooth, but the online tracking for USPS(the shipping method I chose) wasn't ever updated until the date of delivery. That is not their fault, rather the carriers. This item was a gift I ordered to be sent to a friend in NY. USPS chose to leave this package unattended at an apartment door in the middle of NYC instead of obtaining a signature. Again, this issue was not the company's fault but the carrier's USPS. I immediately contacted USPS and opened a case for them to investigate, because the package was never received by the intended recipient, and contacted the Tictacarea.com/Perla Azabache company to advise. The email replies were sent from the owner Juan Angel Gomariz. At first communication was fine and timely. However, as time went by and I started asking about their process and if I would be refunded or if a replacement would be sent down the road, I was blamed for choosing USPS versus DHL(the other carrier offered) and then ignored as I continued to follow up. Then I was demanded multiple times to provide proof of my contacting USPS in writing or they would do nothing on their end. I explained many times over that here in the US you cannot place claims with USPS online or email about international packages, only call them in, which I already did and provided the case number to them many times. I began to be ignored and wrote a poor review online. Amazingly they finally reached out to me because of the bad review and asked that I remove it because it was "not fair" and that I "should not anger the company if I want their help." I never expected that this issue be resolved super fast, as it is something that has to be investigated, however I also never expected to be treated so poorly as a paying customer whom has done nothing wrong. I literally have sent dozens of emails and cooperated as best as I could and initiated everything to get USPS to investigate the lost/stolen package. USPS told me to have this company place an insurance claim since insurance is automatically included on all of their packages. The latest email I received today from the Perla Azabache company told me to "stop menacing their company and that they would continue to investigate and contact me back." So I have been accused of the problem being my fault, threatened to do what they want or they may not help me and called a menace. This is NOT how you treat your customers, I don't care what country you do business in. The company states they are still working on the issue, but I have very low expectations of any resolution, reimbursement or replacement. I would have much rather paid the extra $100 and bought within the US, because I know that I would not be dealing with this type of horrible treatment. I have all emails backing up my efforts, my willingness to comply with the requests that were within my means and the owner's accusations and poor treatment to me. *****DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY*****
