We have been with the Corriveau School of Dance since my daughter was 3. She just recently started her 6th year with them. We would never go anywhere else. My daughter absolutely lives breathes and sleeps dance and I believe if she didn't have such amazing instructors she may not be as keen to keep it up. Her natural talent mixed with their teaching style and expertise, has encouraged her to want to do things with her dance farther down the road. She started out doing 1 dance style (ballet jazz) and since then she has added hip hop, tap, regular jazz (in lieu of ballet jazz) and this year she started ballet! Is like an addiction for her lol but a good reasonably priced one, one that you don't mind kids having since you know that they are learning so much more than just dance (confidence, stage presence, dedication, team work, perseverance, discipline, and so many other life lessons) The Corriveau's teach so many different styles of dance, the choreography is very well done, the productions are well put together, and their Ivy League program is impeccable! Every instructor in the school has been amazing with her. My daughter truly looks up to them and wants to be just like them. They are great role models and I believe (actually, I know) she can achieve everything she wants to do with her dance, while learning from the Corriveau's! My experience with this dance studio has been great thus far. My children participate in various numbers at an affordable cost. The dance instructors are extremely friendly and you can see they love to make the children laugh while learning new moves. The teachers focus on the well-being of the children and they don't mind taking the extra 5-10 minutes in order to help the dancers with anything. After dance hours, when my children see one of their dance teachers, they immediately run up to them just to talk or to hug them, the teachers will make the kids smile and laugh. They take the time with my kids even when they are ''off the clock". The teachers remember all their dancers name and make every child, teenager or adult feel like they are the only dancer in their studio.. So really what more can you ask for... wait for it... it gets better :) Cindy whom is the Manager of the studio is always pleasant and will ensure that you are well taking care of, she goes the extra mile to ensure us parents are happy. My 2 children have been taking dance with Corriveau school of dance for the last 5 years. They really love it and the teachers are all very respectful and always dedicated . My daughter takes ballet and Jazz and she loves it they thought her how to do front flips, spits and many more things. My son just recently mastered his front walk over and his back walk over. I bring my 11-year-old daughter here, our first dance studio and hopefully our only! Teachers are so involved in teaching students. The teachers are spectacular with kids, super patient and positive. Great atmosphere for learning. We started off with the Hip Hop and got hooked on the dance studio. We did our first recital-- massive production very well executed. One complaint I should add is getting into classes can be somewhat difficult-- always full, but I guess that's a good sign. read more

Not only are they great teachers, they are great people too. being with the corriveau's has taught me to be determined, the importance of teamwork and kept me out of trouble.
