We weren't very fit when we began the classes, but it wasn't a problem. Mr. Shebar and Jose are both excellent instructors who are patient and make sure that the students know the correct form for punches, kicks, and combos. The class isn't just for beginners, as the workouts are very difficult regardless of fitness level and most exercises can be made more difficult with variations. The other students are very friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. Amerikick Pompano is an excellent place to learn kickboxing and get in shape!

When I began my freshman year of high school, I realized how much I missed the challenge and discipline of training, so I decided to rejoin Action at a location near us. The instructors are fabulous, and our kids have come such a long way in gaining both confidence and grit, not to mention learning how to truly defend themselves.
