Mr. Shebar and Jose are both excellent instructors who are patient and make sure that the students know the correct form for punches, kicks, and combos. The class isn't just for beginners, as the workouts are very difficult regardless of fitness level and most exercises can be made more difficult with variations. The other students are very friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. Amerikick Pompano is an excellent place to learn kickboxing and get in shape!
