David (the owner and manager) was there for me instantly. (Although the previous owner of this business had a poor recommendation, David proved to be a five star choice!) Not only did he check out my home immediately, but he also began the drying out and restoration process as well. The flood occurred 3 weeks before my summer visit. He welcomed the challenge to remove everything that could lead to mold, dry the premises, work with my insurance company intensely (detailed documentation included), have a new floor installed and have it ready for me to move in before I arrived! His subcontractors are the best (including the Cleaning lady who worked until midnight). He coordinated everything perfectly. David always answered the phone or returned my call (or text) immediately (including after hours emergencies).
