Set up a service appointment and they were not only able to come out quickly - they also did not charge a trip fee - a true rarity from living in a rural place where everyone charges one. Repairs were made and doors adjusted and made to operate quietly like new. They're now supposed to return to do some work on our barn garage doors and I expect the same level of professionalism and excellent service.
