Destini in the office is AMAZING and has been such a joy to work with over the past few months, getting everything situated. I moved from NW Columbus from a 1 bed, 1 bath to Bridgestone, where I am getting a 2 bed, 2 bath for much cheaper. Not only is the rent super affordable, but my apartment was just updated, so it is super nice! Being on the first floor, I was nervous about noise from my upstairs neighbors, but it hasn't been bad at all! In fact, I have had more neighbors introduce themselves to me and welcome me to the complex in the past week than I had my entire four years at my old apartment. In short, I am extremely pleased so far with my experience at Bridgestone Apartments. I can't wait to see how this new chapter in my life goes :-)

They then sold me a lease to a unit where the unit next door to a daycare. Six screaming toddlers play six feet from my window when the weather is nice. Worse, my upstairs neighbors throw 45 pounds over and over at the rafters morning, day, and night, above every room. I have cancer and need to sleep. I work at home but have lost clients because they can't hear me over the impacts. When I reported this to management, their answer was that this is normal use of the unit, but I could give them thousands of dollars and move to a different unit at my own expense. It's literally killing me, which I told them. The abuse of my unit continues, and I can't work or sleep. Don't move here. Management doesn't care about anything other than money.

The floors are this faux grey wood that looks hella classy against the carpet color selection. The spaces are well thought out. My friends have a 2 bedroom and ot feels really warm. Pick an apartment with a view if you can, or you maybe looking at the side of a building when you look outside. Its a good patio space though, I think I just prefer to have the woods at my back rathwr than a building. Its a really quiet place as well, im not sure whats with the building numbering system but it needs tweeking bad. If your not from there it's a pain tryin to figure out where your building nunber is. It doesn't seem like their on any order really? Also, perhaps a camera system outside would be helpful, just incase something happens in such a seemingly packed parking area. I really liked the bathroom though, very spacious and the modern look and feel is vsry nice.

In addition, she showed us the amenities and grounds that sets The Square at Latham Park apart from so many others. The apartment was very spacious, with many fine finishes, stainless steel appliances, cable, WiFi, security system and more, as well as an attached garage. Amenities were extraordinary, including a year round pool, gym, walking paths, and a very comfortable clubhouse complete with a Starbucks machine that provides freshly ground and brewed coffee on demand. If i had to come up with a criticism it would be that the resort style pool doesnt have a "deep end." Its more for wading around in waist deep water and less for swimming. I feel this drawback is offset by the Goat serving drinks poolside, however. LC Brooklands is where I plan to live until im ready to buy my own place. Moving anywhere else would just feel like a downgrade.

Gorgeous tall windows, high planked ceilings and open floorplans would've ranked this a 5- but there's one thing that is just dumb. They only have one compactor for the whole complex. Sooo you have to drive your garbage there everyday. Yep - you have to put your garbage in your car and take it to the compactor. I asked management about this and was told they are trying to control rodents. I get it, but for a place as nice as this you would expect valet trash or something like that... soooo when i look out my gorgeous windows i always see the neighbors trash. Pretty lame. And on top of that they don't recycle.

She answer's any of my questions. Moving can be very stressful. She took all the stress away and she made me feel right at home the first moment I walked in. There are a lot of places I could have chosen but, she made my choice in moving here feel like the best decision. I love living here its a beautiful community and they keep it looking very nice all the time. If I have a work order it's taken care of in a very quick manner. I have lived in this community for over 3 years now and I have to disagree with some of the…read morenegative comments. Is the trash bad some days? Sure, however, it is always cleaned up almost instantly! Too often I see people who just sit their trash right outside the dumpster area instead of taking a few extra steps to use the dumpster as designed. I live right across from it and I see this almost every day, and every day I watch as the maintenance and even the management team have to go outside to pick up someone else's trash because of complete laziness. The office staff and maintenance have always been a pleasure to work with! I have seen them interact with people when I go into the office or while they are walking around people looking to move here and they always greet everyone with a smile and a wave. Any maintenance issues I have had has always been responded to in a prompt manner. Please dont let the negative comments deter you from moving here! This is a wonderful and friendly community. My children enjoy it here, me and my husband enjoy it here, my neighbors enjoy it here. It is a very convenient location and a quiet and clean community, what more could you ask for!!! A pool... I was 3 days late on rent and when I came to pay, Nicki said they would not accept my rent -- but didn't file for eviction for 14 days after that I had to move out with my 2 yr old daughter (we are currently living in my car) and even though I begged them and expressed I had nowhere else to go, they refused to take my payment... I also applied with Impact for rental assistance the first week I moved in.. I was put on an expedited list that would have had my money in two weeks tops-- they refused to send the necessary documents UNTIL I moved out !! The people in the neighborhood call the police EVERYDAYYY for ANYTHING.. I was watching Game of Thrones and the cops come banging on my door. When I opened the door they said, "Oh you must've just turned down the loud music." NEVER PLAYED LOUD MUSIC... it was sooo promising when I first came but you will learn the wicked truth sooner or later.
