James Ferguson is amazing! Thank you so much James He was friendly, helpful , knowledgeable, listened to us and went out of his way to find us the exact model we wanted. He made everything simple and easy and very upfront with his communication which we really appreciated He wasn't just trying to make a sale we would definitely shop with him again Thank you James

Corwin Toyota will cut corners, and you will pay the cost. We purchased a vehicle (less than five years old, ~70,000 miles) from Luke at Corwin Toyota. JR was the supervising manager, and our finance representative was JB. We were sent home without the correct paperwork to insure, register, or pay the loan for the car. I had to follow up with JB, and they eventually created a new flash drive for us to pick up with the documents we should have received at the time of sale. A few weeks later, one of the tires stopped holding air. We brought the car to Corwin's service department. The technician told us that the tires did not look good and were cracking on the sides and leaking air. When we explained that we had just purchased the vehicle from them about five weeks earlier, they told us to speak with our salesperson, Luke, right away. Luke told us that the service employees "don't get paid until they make sales," so they will always tell customers they need new tires. These service employees the same people who inspected the car five weeks earlier and cleared it for sale -- so we were quite confused. We took the car to a second tire shop for another opinion. They immediately put the spare tire on and said all four tires were in bad shape, with the front two showing dry rot and needing to be replaced as soon as possible. When we spoke with Luke again, he said "retail tires are a scam" and advised us not to purchase from Corwin or any other professional tire shop. He said he had looked up some tires on Facebook Marketplace on our behalf. He apologized many times, and when I asked if there was anything he could do to make things right, he said he would check and get back to us. He did not follow up. I called again, and Luke said the tires were "good enough to pass inspection" because they "just check tread depth," and that there was nothing more they would do. [UPDATE: After receiving a reply to this review on another platform encouraging me to call customer service, I spoke with Cherie, the head of customer service. She said she would speak with the Sales Manager and General Manager. After doing so, she told me they would not take further action because the tires had "passed inspection." When I asked what advice she would give me if I were her daughter, she said, "we all get burned," and encouraged me to do better research next time. She referred to my experience as a "lesson learned." I also learned that the response to my review was automated -- no one actually cared or wanted me to call.] This was our first time buying a car. We trusted that Corwin was a reputable dealership and did not get a third-party inspection. I will not make that mistake again. Do not trust Corwin Toyota. I'm grateful nothing worse happened, but we now need to replace all four tires less than six weeks after purchasing the vehicle. We will also be getting a full inspection from another mechanic in case anything else was overlooked or misrepresented in the "inspection" completed before sale.

Once they made the sale, it was crickets. Things they promised weren't done, like a full tank of gas. We would NEVER recommend them.

I had a similar experience but resolved it to my satisfaction after constant and daily pestering them and filing a complaint with the BBB. It seems to me that if this company was honest and upfront with it's customers and avoided the appearance of being shady, they would be so much more successful. Happy customers are return customers. Some shady companies are successful for awhile but eventually it catches up to them. In any sales business, word of mouth is everything and reputation is everything. Being honest and open and not taking advantage of customers goes a long way.

Made nothing but profit off of me and if they did do any maintenance on the car before hand it was an oil change............the oil was nice and clean. I honestly think that RMAB's 100+ plus point inspection is a total farce. I had to stop and fix items myself that should have been spotted by ANY business doing an automobile inspection. Items that would defintely lead to safety liabilities in any lawsuit deemed necessary after the fact of purchasing here. The RMAB's business plan is apparently in the email they send you after your purchase. Its their "VIP plan for thirty days" that provides you with a $99.00 hour labor rate, to fix everything they failed - and even looked for? - during their 100+ point inspection they obviously never do. You can use this rate for thirty days, through them for any necessary fixes. You know, the ones their inspoection should have definitely caught before the vehicle was sold, but youre expected to pay for after your purchase. Also, according to LinkedIn Carlo Rodriquez is the mastermind behind the RMAB's sales plan (his picture & information included below for your reference if needed). He seems to be doing quite well per all of his facebook pictures of him vacationing on his customers dollars.

The rear windows are limo tint and the front windows were around 28%. I told the agent I was working with at least eight separate times that I could not purchase the vehicle with that tint. Not only is it illegal in Colorado, it also makes the car very difficult to drive at night. Each time, I made it clear that the tint would need to be removed before I could buy the car. To pick up the vehicle, I drove about 1.5 hours south while my mother drove about an hour north to meet me there. When I arrived, they attempted to sell me the vehicle with the illegal tint still on it, despite all the previous conversations where I had specifically asked that it be removed. What is most frustrating is that no one ever told me they would refuse to remove the tint. If they had simply told me that ahead of time, I would have saved three hours of driving and a completely wasted trip. Instead, I showed up only to find out the car was not something I could legally buy or safely drive. Chris at that location (I don't know his last name, and there are two of them) repeatedly assured me things would be handled, but in the end nothing was resolved. The entire experience was extremely disappointing. After this experience, I hope to never do business with CarMax again, especially this location. If you are considering buying a car from here, I would strongly encourage you to think carefully and consider other options. My experience with their customer service was extremely poor, and it felt like my concerns as a customer simply didn't matter.

We started out looking at a different vehicle, but when we departed our home on Saturday... I admit I was not shopping for a Jeep... We decided we needed to see an alternative and went to Faricy Boys where we met Patrick Schul. Let me start up front my wife hates shopping for new vehicles and hates high pressure sales. Patrick was none of those. He was a dedicated Faricy Boy salesman who understood and let the product sell itself. We were able to test drive all by ourselves a '26 Jeep Rubicon X 4x4... Super sharp vehicle. The best part was we left and there was no hassle as we wanted to test drive another vehicle. We quickly returned to Faricy where my wife dropped me off. I went in and met Patrick and we did the off road track that sits on the dealership! Very cool to see what the vehicle is capable of! Cannot say enough about Patrick and the finance department. Painless and out the door in record time.

We have an…read moreextended warranty that covers suspension- although the parts we needed replaced (the shocks) were not covered. Fine, not their fault- the problems lie after we found out the warranty did not cover the repair. 1- They have quite a high diagnosis fee that they charge even if you get the quoted work done. I understand why this fee exists, so the shop is compensated for their time if you choose to get the work done elsewhere. I have NEVER seen a dealership still charge their diagnosis fee if you DO get the work done there. In my experience at other dealerships, that fee typically becomes waived and you just pay the actual cost of parts and labor. Charging the diagnostic fee ON TOP of parts and labor basically inflates every single job they do by the $200 or so they charge with no value added. For that reason alone, I would not take my vehicle back. In addition, my wife informed them that the shocks had already been replaced by another Jeep dealer (we recently moved) and they would not have looked into parts warranty had I not stepped in and prompted them to. They would have charged my wife the quoted full price (which was certainly an above average rate for the job). I was correct regarding the parts warranty and we ended up having the shocks replaced on parts warranty (the failed parts were only a couple months old, how about that Jeep quality)- but they still charged their bogus diagnostic on warrantied work. The service advisors were nice otherwise. But I don't trust this place or their business practices. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

15 Days With My 2026 Corvette -- No Completed Diagnosis or Repair!…read moreUnfortunately, my experience at Mike Maroone Chevrolet North was disappointing from the first impression through the final outcome. I had a scheduled service appointment for my 2026 Corvette Stingray on July 20, 2026, with Johnny Herrera as my service advisor. When I pulled into the service drive directly in front of Johnny's desk, I wasn't acknowledged. Another service advisor eventually approached, asked if I had an appointment, checked and said, "Oh, you're with Johnny." That was my first impression. I left the Corvette with an engine/transmission concern. I ultimately picked it back up on August 4--15 days later--without the problem being diagnosed or repaired. During those 15 days, Johnny communicated periodically, but the updates remained essentially the same: no new information, the vehicle hadn't made it into the shop, or they were waiting for a transmission technician. I understand that dealerships get busy and C8 Corvettes may require specialized technicians. My issue isn't that the diagnosis couldn't be completed immediately. My issue is that North accepted and retained my Corvette for 15 days despite apparently not having the technical resources available to move the diagnosis forward. The transmission technician became an obvious single point of failure, yet expectations continued to be extended instead of simply telling me they couldn't get to the vehicle. After a promised completion date passed without further communication, I visited on a Saturday. Johnny initially didn't recognize me until I reminded him, "black Corvette." He then explained they would probably need it through the following week, possibly longer, because the transmission technician was working on another C8. Eventually, I stopped asking for updates. On August 4, I arrived unannounced and asked Johnny for my keys and Corvette back. He brought it around and apologized that he hadn't been able to do much with it. I left. The same problem returned September 1: check-engine light, Engine and Transmission System fault and "IDLE CREEP DISABLED." This time I contacted April Kuntzsch at Mike Maroone Chevrolet South. The contrast began immediately. When I arrived, April walked directly to my Corvette, greeted me with "Michael?", an extended hand and a welcoming smile. More importantly, she scheduled my Corvette when South could actually get it in front of the appropriate technician. I dropped it off September 2. By the morning of September 3--less than 24 hours later--it was diagnosed, repaired and ready for pickup. South documented ECM P073E and TCM P0776, P2856 and P2854. The TCM calibrations were out of date. They programmed the TCM, performed the required GDS Fast Learn and rechecked the vehicle. South also diagnosed my nonfunctioning rear parking alerts and discovered both Parking Assist Module connectors were disconnected. They reconnected them. That's why my experience at North was so frustrating. Johnny Herrera/Mike Maroone North: 15 days, no completed diagnosis or repair. April Kuntzsch/Mike Maroone South: less than 24 hours, diagnosed and repaired. Same owner. Same Corvette. Same underlying problem. Completely different service experience. Had North simply told me upfront that they didn't have an available transmission technician and couldn't provide a reliable timeframe, I could have made an informed decision instead of losing the use of my Corvette for 15 days. Under-promise and over-deliver. Unfortunately, my experience at North was the opposite. One star.

They even sent their shuttle to the RV park (about 40 minutes away) to get us when the truck was ready. They are awesone at taking care of travelers in emergency situations!! What happened: The fan clutch was freewheeling and therefore not engaging, so the truck was running hot. That also had messed up the thermostat, so they replaced it and coolant.
