We drove from Denver to buy our car from them because they had the best price on the model we were looking at.

We started out looking at a different vehicle, but when we departed our home on Saturday... I admit I was not shopping for a Jeep... We decided we needed to see an alternative and went to Faricy Boys where we met Patrick Schul. Let me start up front my wife hates shopping for new vehicles and hates high pressure sales. Patrick was none of those. He was a dedicated Faricy Boy salesman who understood and let the product sell itself. We were able to test drive all by ourselves a '26 Jeep Rubicon X 4x4... Super sharp vehicle. The best part was we left and there was no hassle as we wanted to test drive another vehicle. We quickly returned to Faricy where my wife dropped me off. I went in and met Patrick and we did the off road track that sits on the dealership! Very cool to see what the vehicle is capable of! Cannot say enough about Patrick and the finance department. Painless and out the door in record time.

We have an…read moreextended warranty that covers suspension- although the parts we needed replaced (the shocks) were not covered. Fine, not their fault- the problems lie after we found out the warranty did not cover the repair. 1- They have quite a high diagnosis fee that they charge even if you get the quoted work done. I understand why this fee exists, so the shop is compensated for their time if you choose to get the work done elsewhere. I have NEVER seen a dealership still charge their diagnosis fee if you DO get the work done there. In my experience at other dealerships, that fee typically becomes waived and you just pay the actual cost of parts and labor. Charging the diagnostic fee ON TOP of parts and labor basically inflates every single job they do by the $200 or so they charge with no value added. For that reason alone, I would not take my vehicle back. In addition, my wife informed them that the shocks had already been replaced by another Jeep dealer (we recently moved) and they would not have looked into parts warranty had I not stepped in and prompted them to. They would have charged my wife the quoted full price (which was certainly an above average rate for the job). I was correct regarding the parts warranty and we ended up having the shocks replaced on parts warranty (the failed parts were only a couple months old, how about that Jeep quality)- but they still charged their bogus diagnostic on warrantied work. The service advisors were nice otherwise. But I don't trust this place or their business practices. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

It felt like the employees were more interested in arguing with me than resolving a legitimate warranty issue. Rather than treating me like a valued customer, I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience. After repeated disrespectful interactions, I finally lost my patience and raised my voice with the manager. While I regret that, it came after being ignored and spoken to in an unprofessional manner. As a military service member, I expected honesty, professionalism, and respect from a business that serves our community. I was not asking for special treatment--I simply expected the warranty to be honored and to be treated with basic courtesy. If this is how customers are treated when they need warranty work, I cannot recommend this dealership. Leadership should seriously review how employees communicate with customers, especially those who come in with legitimate warranty concerns. Respect and professionalism should never be optional.

Minutes later in my inbox I received an email from Kelvyn Anderson their Internet Manager. He sent me a link with the details and many pictures of the vehicle. We scheduled a visit for the next morning and when I got to the dealership they had the car ready for my inspection and test drive. It indeed was preowned but it looked as if it had just come off the assembly line as it shined and was meticulously cleaned and ready to go. Now I gotta tell ya, I have been in the car business myself as a New Car Sales Manager so I know all the things that are done good and suspect during the striking of a deal in the car business. At Preferred Preowned I am happy to let you know that they are a straightforward, accommodating Team of Automotive Professionals led by Sam Waters who has created a great environment for their customers. My salesman Kelvyn Anderson got me the deal I was looking for and the entire transaction took no more than a couple of hours including working with Landon the Finance Manager to get all the paperwork done. So if you are in the market for a new vehicle or know of someone who is, reach out to Kelvyn Anderson and let him know I sent you, YOU will get the deal you are looking for.

I understand that the car was sold as is. And I could understand the argument that it wasn't the dealers fault if we had it 1 month, or 1000 miles. But two days and 100 miles suggests that the car had issues they failed to disclose. (They also failed to disclose a sticker price on any of their vehicles.) Their response shows that once they get their money, they don't care. That may be good for them in the short term, but it drives away repeat business and any referrals from me. So long term, not so wise a strategy. Preferred pre owned, you lost a customer for life in me, my family, and my friends. Congratulations.

I had a similar experience but resolved it to my satisfaction after constant and daily pestering them and filing a complaint with the BBB. It seems to me that if this company was honest and upfront with it's customers and avoided the appearance of being shady, they would be so much more successful. Happy customers are return customers. Some shady companies are successful for awhile but eventually it catches up to them. In any sales business, word of mouth is everything and reputation is everything. Being honest and open and not taking advantage of customers goes a long way.

Made nothing but profit off of me and if they did do any maintenance on the car before hand it was an oil change............the oil was nice and clean. I honestly think that RMAB's 100+ plus point inspection is a total farce. I had to stop and fix items myself that should have been spotted by ANY business doing an automobile inspection. Items that would defintely lead to safety liabilities in any lawsuit deemed necessary after the fact of purchasing here. The RMAB's business plan is apparently in the email they send you after your purchase. Its their "VIP plan for thirty days" that provides you with a $99.00 hour labor rate, to fix everything they failed - and even looked for? - during their 100+ point inspection they obviously never do. You can use this rate for thirty days, through them for any necessary fixes. You know, the ones their inspoection should have definitely caught before the vehicle was sold, but youre expected to pay for after your purchase. Also, according to LinkedIn Carlo Rodriquez is the mastermind behind the RMAB's sales plan (his picture & information included below for your reference if needed). He seems to be doing quite well per all of his facebook pictures of him vacationing on his customers dollars.

They had to get two parts from Denver and were still able to get it back to us at 5:00 the next afternoon. We can't say enough good things about AutoNation Dodge RAM Colorado Springs! Mikyla was our service tech and Luke was the diesel mechanic who worked on the truck. Mikyla kept us informed throughout the process. They even sent their shuttle to the RV park (about 40 minutes away) to get us when the truck was ready. They are awesone at taking care of travelers in emergency situations!! What happened: The fan clutch was freewheeling and therefore not engaging, so the truck was running hot. That also had messed up the thermostat, so they replaced it and coolant. They changed the oil because it had gotten hot as well. They cleaned/checked the fuel system. And they replaced the upper brake light (on the cab) that we didn't realize was burned out. Also, on the way to the dealership yesterday, just after an unavoidable really rough patch, my husband heard a grinding, then the dash showed a code "check the 4-wheel drive system". Turns out, the front-axle actuator broke, so they replaced that too. We are so appreciative of the care and concern for us by the service department!
