Max are warranty does not honor contract. Will find a way around not paying for needed parts and warranty.

We drove from Denver to buy our car from them because they had the best price on the model we were looking at.

This is the worst used car dealership ( lemon lot) I have ever seen. My Son bought a 2003 Saturn…read moreVue there 9 days ago and yesterday the transmission blew. After having his car towed to the shop, he was quoted $5000 for a new transmission. Yeah, ok, dream on! So he called finish line motors just to be told by Cindy that the car was sold AS IS and he is pretty much SOL. So when I got home, I immediately called this so called dealership and let lose on them. As soon as the guy told me, well it is SOLD AS IS, i informed him that they either going to swap this broken down vehicle with another running one or the car will be returned and they won't see another penny from us. Long story short, bad customer service and horrible used lemon cars. You will be better off saving up some money and buy from a legitimate dealer or straight up for cash than dealing with finish line motors.

I test drove a car. It drove just fine, so I decided to buy it, but the next morning when I really…read moretook a look at it, there was oil splattered all over the engine my front two tires were bald with metal wire sticking out of them. the spare tire in my trunk was completely severed. They refused to let me return the vehicle or exchange it for something else of equal value that would actually run. I have a two-year-old and I can't even put her in this car. It's profusely leaking oil all over my driveway it's been in their shop twice and neither time have they fixed the problem. They only made it worse. After spending $4500 on the vehicle I took it to my own mechanic and it cost me another $4000 to get the vehicle up and running to where it was safe for me and my child to ride in it if I were you, I would definitely find another dealership to buy a car from!

We started out looking at a different vehicle, but when we departed our home on Saturday... I admit I was not shopping for a Jeep... We decided we needed to see an alternative and went to Faricy Boys where we met Patrick Schul. Let me start up front my wife hates shopping for new vehicles and hates high pressure sales. Patrick was none of those. He was a dedicated Faricy Boy salesman who understood and let the product sell itself. We were able to test drive all by ourselves a '26 Jeep Rubicon X 4x4... Super sharp vehicle. The best part was we left and there was no hassle as we wanted to test drive another vehicle. We quickly returned to Faricy where my wife dropped me off. I went in and met Patrick and we did the off road track that sits on the dealership! Very cool to see what the vehicle is capable of! Cannot say enough about Patrick and the finance department. Painless and out the door in record time.

Brought my wife's Wrangler in for service and felt they tried to take advantage of her. We have an…read moreextended warranty that covers suspension- although the parts we needed replaced (the shocks) were not covered. Fine, not their fault- the problems lie after we found out the warranty did not cover the repair. 1- They have quite a high diagnosis fee that they charge even if you get the quoted work done. I understand why this fee exists, so the shop is compensated for their time if you choose to get the work done elsewhere. I have NEVER seen a dealership still charge their diagnosis fee if you DO get the work done there. In my experience at other dealerships, that fee typically becomes waived and you just pay the actual cost of parts and labor. Charging the diagnostic fee ON TOP of parts and labor basically inflates every single job they do by the $200 or so they charge with no value added. For that reason alone, I would not take my vehicle back. In addition, my wife informed them that the shocks had already been replaced by another Jeep dealer (we recently moved) and they would not have looked into parts warranty had I not stepped in and prompted them to. They would have charged my wife the quoted full price (which was certainly an above average rate for the job). I was correct regarding the parts warranty and we ended up having the shocks replaced on parts warranty (the failed parts were only a couple months old, how about that Jeep quality)- but they still charged their bogus diagnostic on warrantied work. The service advisors were nice otherwise. But I don't trust this place or their business practices. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
