Like another reviewer said, the shop interior is quite dusty. The blocks of melt and pour along the shelves had gone sticky from humidity and exposure. I also believe the fragrances were cut, if not old and faded. Most every product is at least 30-60% more expensive than online retailers like Bulk Apothecary or WSP. I'm all for shopping local whenever possible, but I can't justify paying nearly double for old, dirty stock. The convenience just isn't worth it. Not when you can order online and get my supplies in 4-7 days. It sucks to say considering how sweet the proprietor was, but the store is in desperate need of a refresh before I even think of recommending it to anyone.
