I had a decent line of communication with Paul Leverit who had come out and gave me a verbal quote. One for a longer, more complicated driveway which I could not financially swing and other for one I could. I told him I was looking forward to working with his company and he told me it would be 6 weeks and that he would be emailing me an estimate. Weeks went by. I called to follow up. He told me he was working on the email. I waited. I called back. He was getting irritated so I kept waiting. More weeks went by. No estimate email. Another call. I told him I was ready to pull the trigger on the driveway. He was getting more irritated on the phone. He said the rain was causing delays and he couldn't schedule anything but it would probably be 6 weeks. Okay, that's fair. Four weeks go by. I email to schedule. Complete silence now. No email estimate. No more calls. No emails. Another email. Nothing. I'm looking into Austin at Sugar Bear now. I've lost two months into my home build. If he was too busy or didn't want to take on this project, both are fair things to tell me but don't waste my time.

I asked what could I do to save money, he explained, that I could uncover the access doors. Had purchased my little cottage recently, and for 20 yrs it has not been pumped. I did what most people do when something is out of sight, procrastinate. Then the system started to indicate may need some attention, gurgling sounds. So went at it in earnest, the shoving work was better than a membership at the gym. Apparently the prior owner wanted it to survive a direct hit from a ICBM, and thought 4 feet down to the lid door was not too excessive, yet I uncovered the door. After celebratory wine was open. Calling again, the truck pulls up, a quick inspection was made, the gentleman indicated that I was 1/2 way there, yes Virgina, there are two doors on this model. Here's the great part what if you dispatched a truck with a crew of two only to find the site is not ready, more often than not at best there would be grumbling, none,.....at worse another fee to come back out, no extra fee. Not this company, they were gracious, after offering to dig out the other access door which I declined. Yes I saved some money. Which I'm sure the chiropractor will take his cut. Kept the same price The arrived as promised (twice) Same day. Did a great job. (Researched what function to expect) With a great attitude. John Bowles, the owner of the company was there on the first day, and communicated regularly throughout the entire process. This company has been so good from start to finish. They were there almost immediately with vacuums and fans and trucks and personnel to start the removal of water and water damaged stuff. They worked quickly and efficiently to assure that mold did not have time to grow and cause further damage. We decided to take this opportunity to replace other items in the house that were not damaged by water but needed updating. They worked with us to determine the best, most cost effective, and time efficient ways to accomplish what we wanted done. The communication throughout the entire process was impeccable. Todd Goins was the project manager and I could not ask for better customer service. Living 5 hours away, I needed assurance that things would be done when they were supposed to be done. There was NO miscommunication throughout the entire process. We replaced cabinets, countertops, sink, dishwasher, flooring, shower, moved laundry facilities, did plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, and the list goes on. There were several subcontractors used in the process. These subcontractors were held to the same high standards that ServPro's own employees are held to. They were on time, stayed late when necessary, work so hard, were professional and polite. I would personally hire any of the companies to do work in my own home. I highly recommend this company!!!!! We needed it looked at this month…read morebecause when it was pumped the company that pumped told us there was an issue and it needed to be looked at to diagnosis the issue of no water leaving the tank. I called and spoke to the owner twice and even sent a contact request online explaining the issue and he would not set me up an appointment. Initial answer was....."call the county" and I didn't need the county because it was not a failed system.I was not blaming him just needed to know how to fix the system. I was not important enough as a repair and got the cold shoulder. I called another company on Monday, they sent someone on Tuesday who diagnosed the issue which was a crushed pipe and we fixed it. No help whatsoever from this company.

This company used to be cove creek plumbing. They rebranded to hide their hideous and dishonest reputation. These people put a septic tank and pump tank beside my spring, destroying the water source for both my cabins. Everything they did had to be redone, costing me more than 60,000.00 in repairs. I surf them, and they had the nerve to counter sue me. Avoid these plumbers. Try pipeline plumbing. They are the ones who cleaned to the mess david sanders made.
