After the delay in the first appointment, I wanted to be assured we were heading to the right doctor. So as I read the profile of Dr George, I felt more confident in what I was reading about his experience and when I read he treats patients like a member of his family that struck me as a power sign we were in good hands. Dr George always took the time with my mom, addressed EVERY fear, helped us all to laugh about something to ease the anxiety about the healing process but he was always very cautious, confident and calm. I can say after weekly follow up appointments for 10 weeks, we were going through stressful times but what was the best outcome with Dr George expertise and guidance, needless to say we are just so thankful for Dr George! Dr George treating you like a family member is spot on of who he is so caring and does wholeheartedly, let's just say he is welcome anytime to a family gathering and means a lot to our family! As I read the other recent reviews, Dr George is where his calling is, he is a professional and knows what he is doing so if you have to wait, I would wait for as long as needed to see Dr George and If you are having to wait it is only because someone truly needs his expertise time. He listened to my questions and went over my xrays. he talked about different treatment options and explained them well. We agreed to having two injections one the the left big toe that was to be Cortizone and on the other right big toe to be a Hyaluronic acid injection. He advise me that a stem cell injection would not be helpful for me.Dr told me that the HA injection would be out of pocket expense of $275. I agreed to the terms. I made an appointment for two weeks later. I showed up for Appointment on 03/23/2026 and when I checked in I was told I owe $1000 for an injection. I told the receptionist that that is wrong, I owe $275 for an HA injection. After 10 mins of disputing this I was told that I am having a stem cell injection. I said I need to talk to Dr Alianello. I met with him and he agreed that a mistake was made and he was surprised himself when he saw stem cell was ordered. He was told that I called in and changed it which I never would have done that for that would have not helped me. Dr apologized for the inconvenience and had to to come back in two weeks. I made a new appointment for 04/06/2026 at 1:50pm. I wasted my day driving from Plainfield IL to Oak Brook IL. If I had not shown up for my appointment with a 24 hour notice I would have been charged. What discount did I receive, Zero. On the 1st of April I called the office to ask if it was safe to take Diclofenac and was told they will get a hold of the DR Alianello's team and would call me back on Friday. I told her that this was urgent because I stopped taking the medication in fear that it would interfere with the injections that I was having on the 6th of April. That I was in a lot of pain not taking the drug. I never received a phone call back. Then on Saturday I received a call stating that the HA medication has not arrived and they had no tracking info. They said to call back Monday morning. Here we go again!!! I called back in the morning to ask if the medication had arrived. I was told no. That maybe it would be best to reschedule the 13th of April. I replied with lets just wait and call me back if the medicine shows up. To my surprise I got a call back and it did finally showed up. So finally I got my injections and DR Alianello was excellent.

The Dr. was able to explain everything clearly, offer options and made me feel less like a potato when I explained that I couldn't exercise for fear of worsening the condition of my foot. The only downside is that their office hour is a little wonky and they're not open everyday. Definitely make an appt as soon as you can. This place is right across from Pete's Fresh Market.

I first began my care with Dr. Salvino on 3/15/18. I suffered a foot injury, which I suspected to…read morebe a ruptured Achilles, and didn't want to foot the bill of going to the emergency room or urgent care. Instead, I went straight to the source and began searching for foot specialists. After calling a couple that were unavailable that same day, I called Dr. Salvino's office, and not only was the person on the phone very empathetic, but I was able to come in a couple of hours after my phone call. Upon arrival, he confirmed what I thought to be true, and was recommended various locations for an MRI to determine the severity of the rupture. The next day, I received a call from their office to come in for a second appointment to prepare for surgery. Dr. Salvino explained the entire process to me, answering all of my questions and discussing why surgery was the best option for me. Since I didn't have a PCP, Dr. Salvino recommended a physician that might be able to squeeze me in for a pre-surgery approval physical, so that my surgery could take place as soon as possible. A few days later, Dr. Salvino performed my surgery on my Achilles rupture. It was as smooth of a process as it could have been, and I have been seeing Dr. Salvino weekly since then, notebook in hand to make sure that all my questions are answered. He answers them all with patience and I never leave his office feeling confused or like my questions haven't been answered. There was a time I called the office with a concern about my cast being too tight, and even though he was out of the office, he promptly called me back from his personal number to address my issue. I really appreciated this. I am very pleased with the care I have received from Dr. Salvino and his team. I thought perhaps it had re-broken because it was hurting the same way. Now, for those of your that have experienced broken toes (I've had two on my left foot, one on my right, plus this something-carsal-thing) then you kinda know when it happens. It's like 'yup, that's broken'...actually I have broken lots of bones and also knew it, but I digress. So the I only attended the facility twice, but every single person there (including the Dr.) was extremely pleasant. I never waited and I always felt relaxed. The rooms were super cool too because there were photos that Dr. took on his own vacations (which I also do...at my house...not my Dr.'s office, lol). My main issues for not giving above three (other than no comparison and only two visits) is he never wanted to take an X-ray. And it wasn't because it wasn't covered (or, I'm willing to pay for it) but just he was extremely sure it was not rebroken. I'm not one to argue with a Dr.; they know way more than me but wouldn't a Dr. just try to rule that out? In the end I did receive very caring treatment but no definitive answer. Would I go back? I hope i am not going to be suffering for the rest of my life. Dr. Nichols did not use medical grade screws. Medical grade screws should last forever. It's only been 7 years. I am so scared. I came here to see Dr. Ng in November for a colonoscopy and upper endoscopy. The entire staff was…read morereally friendly and had great bedside manners. They were able to ease my nerves as it's my first time ever getting these procedures. The team sent me all the instructions I needed prior to the procedure to help me prepare. The only downside to this experience is that they couldn't find my vein for a while, and there was no other option but to give anesthesia through IV. Some facilities have backup options like laughing gas. They ultimately found it, just in time for my procedure. The entire procedure took about an hour, I woke up pretty quickly, and I was also surprised how quickly they were able to get my results. They had images of the findings for me. The only thing that took a couple of days was biopsy. I'd totally come back to this facility in the future, and I'd recommend Dr. Ng and her team to anyone in the area looking for all things gastroenterology related.
