I contacted Dr. Warden for a cannabis medical card in 2020. My card expired in May of 2026. I sent in the payment for a new certificate. My check was cashed and I was told they uploaded the certificate to the Illinois website. When I checked the site the certificate was not uploaded. I have called and left messages for the doctor to send it to me directly. As of today I cannot get a response from the office to send it directly to me. No callback, no email, just crickets. They had no problem cashing my check. Why wouldn't they sent it to the website and my email? Very disappointing. Not sure what to do now. read more

I brought my child here for many months. She had good care. Prior to "Dr Chris", she'd had horrible posture from learning to walk during a time of rapid growth, all while having very flat feet. -After several months of physical therapy, she looked great. I cannot say anything negative about her chiropractic care. Why the 1star review then? Per their policy, I prepaid packages for several weeks ahead. $600 chunks. For the whole of her time with them, I paid this prior to her ever being seen. After several months, the office informed me that they were moving to Wheaton after I'd just prepaid another $600 chunk. (I'm on a tight schedule and haven't the time to treck clear to Wheaton twice a week.) I informed them via email that I would not be continuing with them due to the office relocation. We emailed back and forth about how we had not used up the most recent $600 prepaid monies and that they would now need to refund some of it. The office manager agreed and refunded the money. I still have all of those email. TWO YEARS LATER (just recently) they sent me an itemized bill for $500!!!! Oh, yes. They did. Two YRS later. How can I owe $500 when I prepaid every visit for weeks ahead and still have the email stating that they owed me money and that they'd refund? To send me a bill after two years have passed... it's one of two options. 1) They made an honest mistake, should not have sent us the bill, and we do not owe them money. 2) It's dishonest and fraudulent billing. Either way, I wouldn't recommend them to any of my friends. If you do use them, you certainly will want to keep all of your paperwork and record of communication, as their clerical skills are obviously lacking. You might also keep a contracts attorney on retainer. Or marry one as I did. read more

The adjsutments was the best. I like to have physical therapy before an adjsutment because it interferes with the disks staying into place since I have multilevel disk degeneration at this time. The reiki session, bemer first time for free 8 minutes, pt and massage. then the oils for pain and supplements or body and face line. This DC is versed in getting a person out of pain quickly , honest, truthful and pretty. The most open receptive chiropractor I have ever been too. so smart. the first DC office I have ever seen go to such lengths to help others get out of suffering. I live far away but worth the drive. The office is clean and the staff is very friendly. So much to offer that just an adjsutment. blessed to have gone there. I was actually looking for an oxygen machine close to me on the internet search and her name came up. They called me back promptly so she got my business. A little going beyond the call of duty with the office staff and Dc. The best I have ever been too. But I say that to all the DC, lol lol, but this office has a lot of ideas to offer. I have been a patient for nearly 5 years. A friend knew I was looking for a new chiropractor having recently relocated back to the DuPage County area. Dr. Warden and her staff have become like friends to me, not to mention how well they attend to my various pains and aches. Their approach to my care is sensible and they work within my budgetary limitations, but when I am able I visit them regularly. Recently, I had some pain in both shoulders that only seemed to get worse. Between massage therapist Mauro and physical therapist Arthur along with Dr Warden's skilled hands, they were able to eliminate the pain and restore full range of movement to my shoulders within 5-6 visits that we spaced out over 6 weeks. Of course their instructions to me to do some movement therapy at home on my own also contributed to this recovery. Their treatment kept me from going to the hospital. This place is a dive. You walk in the office, and it smells like dog urine. That should be your first clue. I was having an issue with severe pain, so I called at 9 am to see if they could schedule an adjustment for a new patient. They told me NO PROBLEM. this is the day before thanksgiving. I get there, the doctor tells me that there would be no adjustment without an xray. Fine, take one. Which he did. But he says, that he won't be able to develop and read the xray until after thanksgiving. So, I'm supposed to spend 2 days in pain???????????? He offered to call me to give me recommendations based on what the results said as soon as the xrays were read. I missed his call. I returned the call and got his voice mail. Never received a return phone call on friday. It's monday morning. I call starting from 9 am trying to get a doctor to talk to me, but I'm told they are too busy to speak to me. I asked if I could just have an xray report faxed to me, but was told the doctor has my file and won't give a copy of it and would call me when she felt like it. I expressed my urgency that I was on my way to an appointment with a licensed massage therapist that was going to ACTUALLY HELP ME, and that knowing what the xrays said would aid in my treatment. however, they don't want to be of any assistance at all. I called three times begging for help and kept getting denied. This place doesn't care about their paitents. Far from it! Update 5/20/16-- her comment below-- i don't know who this person is.. blah blah.. Nice way to try deny all responsibility. I would NEVER write about something that wasn't true. Everything I say happened did. and your casual invitation for an hour massage? NO thank you. You know where you can put that, right? My family and I have been going to the wonderful chiropractors and physical therapists of Advanced Healthcare since 2005. Thanks to unfortunate genetics the five of us have bad backs, and AHC is quite honestly the only place we've found that 1. Has skilled staff, and 2. Actually cares about our health and well-being instead of our wallets (and we had been searching for a decent chiro since the 90's!). I wouldn't trust any other group with my and my family's chiropractic needs. P.S., If your issues happen to require something other than chiropractic care, they will let you know! I originally learned about Advanced Healthcare from the Money Mailer Advertisement and I am so happy that I found them! They gave me a free X Ray, Massage and consultation on my first visit. Not to mention, the waiting area has massage chairs in it, so you actually want to take your time doing the paperwork when you arrive. I've never seen another place that does the same thing! It was a great first experience and I purchased a 12 Massage/Chiropractic visit package at a very reasonable cost for follow up treatment. Both Chiropractors, Dr. Susie and Dr. Leanne do an excellent job! I have been pain free and seen a reduction in anxiety since I started going here. The facility itself is a reconfigured house, so the layout is not typical for a Doctor's office. The bathrooms are clean and comfortable, the staff at the front desk is very friendly and the massage therapists do a comprehensive massage session. I was very happy all around with my decision to go to Advanced Healthcare and I will think of them first when I have any Chiropractic needs. read more

I could not be happier with the care I've received at Advanced Healthcare. I went in looking for relief from chronic headaches, which have at times kept me from my studies. (I'm a grad student.) After six appointments, my headaches are much less severe and frequent, and so far I've been able to ward them off as they are setting in by doing the stretching exercises the physical therapist has been teaching me. This has made a huge difference in my quality of life. What I love about Advanced Healthcare is that they are not only working to bring immediate relief but also teaching me better posture and so that the problem doesn't repeat itself. Each of my appointments consists of a chiropractic adjustment (5-10 minutes), a massage (15-20 minutes), and physical therapy (15-20 minutes). It seems like that's the standard structure for visits. I think x-rays always precede an adjustment; I personally appreciate this careful approach to chiropractic. From my x-rays, Dr. Tate realized that one of my hips is slightly lower than the other--an imbalance which they are working with me to correct. Got a discounted massage here from groupon and was pleasantly surprised. The massage was excellent! I have a physically demanding job and I'm a runner. I have tight shoulders and sore lower back and the therapist asked detailed questions about my problem areas and went to work on fixing them without any further guidance from me. His knowledge of the muscles of the human body was evident and he could identify and help correct the problems in my aching body. Very professional and I left relaxed and rejuvenated. I absolutely love this place! My mom initially referred me to them and it took a while but I was eventually in enough pain that I made an appt. I got an appt within three hours of calling! The first visit was an overall assessment with massage and xrays. I went back for day two and was shown the xrays and the Dr then described the problem areas in detail with me. She was very informative. I am now set up for three times a week with massage, physical therapy, and adjustments. Walking out of the office after day two I can already tell the difference. I have been to Chiropractors before that I really did not care for and they even seemed to make things work so this place is a god send! I was referred to Dr. Susie from a friend who had been a patient with her for a few years. Since I was new to the area, I hoped my friend was right & that I would be in good hands. I originally booked an appointment because I fell on some ice at the train station, and hurt my back. When I called, they were able to accept me the same day. The office staff is very nice, and handled all of my insurance stuff without much hassle. Dr. Susie helped clear my back pain, and her physical therapy staff also assisted with exercises to help with my pain as well. The work Dr. Susie & her staff were able to do with my pain helped me get back to the gym and working out, all pain free, and for that I am grateful---I even trained & completed a 5k race! I have lost almost 20 lbs by having the tools needed to get back to my active lifestyle, and I don't think I would be as successful if I didn't have the adjustments and physical therapy from Dr. Susie. The office has other amenities such as a yoga studio, and massage spa, but I haven't had time in my busy life to enjoy those options just yet, but plan to.
