I've used Anne's "services" for about a year now. When I first started going to see her, she was located in a nearby spa/salon. I like this location much better. Anne is a nurse and is very professional. She is originally from California and is a Yelper herself. The first time that I went to see her I had a lot of questions and I was quite nervous. I think that she spent about an hour explaining the process and the expected results. She also does laser hair removal and I think that the price is the most reasonable in town. There is another lady at this location, her name is Susan, she does the spray tans, facials and more of the spa end of the business. I've never used her services, but my friend raves about her... so she's definitely on my radar. If you're thinking about starting what I call maintenance, this place is the best of the best.

Unlike most places that charge per session, where you buy a package of sessions for a price, they charge by the body area. You pay for that part of your body, and you get as many sessions as you need until you're satisfied, and if it ever grows back (rare, but not impossible with laser), come back and they'll zap it again! The prices are quite reasonable, especially given the pricing structure and what comparable care from another place would give. They're always friendly and nice there, and make each visit a pleasure. The day of my appt they charged me an additional $75 because they said I refused the Botox the night of the event. They are liars and are the ones who was NOT doing Botox that night and said I would have to make another appointment. I do not recommend this location to anyone. And the Manager Sam is so rude that she will not even talk to me about this and said she is not giving me the $75 back that her staff deserved it will not be calling me to discuss. I have also been sick from the pain. wound is open and oozing. contacted them, they wouldn't allow me to see anyone in London office. saw 2 nurse practitioners in Richmond. they were not helpful. out of desperation my husband called the London office. they sent his call to Lexington. they were extremely rude. an office manager called and said she would have someone from London office call us. the lady called, didn't identify herself but said I need to go to pcp for the pain and discomfort. husband explained again they caused the pain. my primary care doctor cannot help me. he asked that the doctor see me. the lady said he couldn't see me or call as he was in their other office this week. made no sense. I'm sure the office had a phone. I then called back the office manager and left a detailed message begging for help with the pain. it's been a week. I've had no return call.
