They will willingly research anything and have the real discussion you'd live to have. A lot of vape shops have a sense of "prey on the ignorant" which directly goes against the idea that vaping is a safer alternative to smoking... It's so nice to finally go into a vape shop and feel welcome. I'm so tired of vape shops with cliques and clouds and off-putting employees. Most of us know what it's like to walk into a vape store only to find employees who act as if they're too cool to be there, and couldn't be bothered to help or teach. As if the customers were a major inconvenience. There's seems to be a 'if you know, you know and if you don't, well too bad' mentality. I mean, we all had to learn from someone at some point but ok whatever. Cosmic Vapor was super laid back and the guy helping me spent as much time with me as I needed while I picked out a new vape for the first time in years. He answered all of my questions and was patient with me, and made me feel comfortable. They don't carry my juice, but for my pods and any other needs I have this is where I will always go. I found buying online was a better cheaper option. Popup.com at the house in three days and got 6 for under $70. The reviews are true about customer service in the beginning but have made me feel uncomfortable recently with their customer service. Popup has a better selection and have been all working and have lasted longer than the disposables I bought at this place. read more

I bought a disposable vape from here (Flum) for $32 and it stopped working after 1 day. Went in yesterday asked for a specific size coil And juice. They didn't have the coil I needed but they said they had one compatible. I asked them several times if they were sure and they said they were positive it would fit. It didn't and the juice they recommended tastes absolutely disgusting. I went in there today on the absolute worst day I've had in a long time. My best friend is in the ICU fighting for his life and my Kanger Tech 70Box decided to die. I went in there tearstreaked and frazzled and Hayden took nearly an hr and went over the batteries with me and helped me chose the best mod. He was so knowledgeable and patient with me and I ended up getting a Minikin Box with 2 Samsung batteries. This place has earned my business for life. BUYER BEWARE of the 2nd Cosmic Vapor Lounge located on SE Sunnyside Rd and 147th in Clackamas. Purchased 2 vape pen setups and neither one of them worked! In fact one of them came with the wrong parts. The employees at the 2nd location lack product knowledge and customer service skills. I can live with the product knowledge learning curve but not the inappropriate behavior that transpired from these employees. After making a second trip to the store my issues were not resolved! We went to the original location (on SE 82nd) and Gabe helped us a little bit but we still wound up having to go to a different store on 70th and SE 82nd to actually get some vape pens in our model that work properly. What a shame! I have wasted enough money at Cosmic Vapor and have been treated so poorly that I am not sure if I will ever return. If I do it certainly won't be to their 2nd location ever! read more

I've shopped here quite a few times, and the staff are usually friendly. I had some Punch cards saved up for buy 10 get 1 free bottle of juice. Keep in mind, the card doesn't specify(which it definitely should to make things clear) what brand, or size bottle of juice you can redeem the punches for. So I go in to the Clackamas location, and the employee tells me off the bat when I show him the punches, they only offer 1 brand as the redeemable gift, and in the 15 ML bottles. Considering most of their juice prices don't compete as far as affordability with many of the local shops such as House of Pipes, my personal favorite, Atomize, and others, I find it ridiculous that after spending all the money I have at their stores, and ranking up well over 10 punches, all I was offered was one of the lowest quality brands and smallest sized bottles of juice. Most of their 30 ML bottles are at least 25 dollars, and that's the usual size I buy when I have shopped here in the past. Considering that, I had to spend 250 dollars at their store, and they gave me something worth less than a tenth of that without specifying the regulations on the punch card. I don't appreciate the misleading advertising, and though I didn't wanna be rude in the store because I know it wasn't the specific employees fault, I am no longer handing money to these greedy store owners. I urge anyone reading this review to please visit Atomize over near MLK for some high quality house made juice, with straight forward $10 per 30 ML of juice pricing. The owners there are the most friendly people you'll ever meet, and are very knowledgeable on the vape industry. And if you can't go that far, visit House of Pipes on 82nd Ave where they have constant deals and low priced juice with way more variety than cosmic. If you own a business, you need to be straight forward with your customers, you can't mislead people and then after they've spent tons of money inform them that your deals didn't specify that they were getting ripped off. read more

When I started vaping, I checked out all the shops in and around town and found Cosmic vape has some amazing staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. I was honored to find out they give veterans a 20% discount. I consider the military discount a way of showing their support and valuing our service, It didn't last too long though, apparently their appreciation for our service is diminishing along with the discount. It went down to 15% then 10%. Who knows what next week will bring 5% or no discount? I never imagined the value of my sacrifice depreciating faster than a new car leaving the dealership.
