Rude! SLOW! Undesirable to say the least - Second time in this "Drive Thru" smoke shop. First time went like a drive thru should Today however, totally different story. One car ahead of me took over 2 min Employee peeks head out of window & sees he has another customer (me) I get to window & it is shut I wait... wait ... play on phone & wait.... Absolutely horrible it was my favorite tobacco/head and incense shop actually a lil bit of everything shop I will call it. Anyways I came in to ge some incense they have the best selection and price I got 30 for 6.25 can't beat that, anyways I'm at tge cash register get my cash to pay for it and I'm asked for my ID really I kind of said not believing that she carded me and then she said that was the rules I came in about 2 weeks or so previously and the energy was off she sure was polite and nice to my counter part who is of a different ethnicity anyways other people who have had the same issues with people that work there, blatant racial undertones, I paid for my stuff went outside and called the other smokers zone on 148th and stark st, the employee was kinda hesitant when I asked him the rules he asked was I purchasing any tobacco products and I said no his reaction said it all the management just happened to be there I told him the scenario and what was going on and of he cosigned her behavior and I said thank you have a nice day realizing that I was getting nowhere. I go here like 2 times a week & I went in like 10 minutes ago and this woman, that has sold to me many times, wouldn't take my ID because it's "vertical", she even scanned my ID and it was fine, as it always is. I go here everytime to pick up smokes. she was obviously on something cause she was super shaky and trembling her words and bug eyed. just annoying cause I'm not going there again and it's super convenient for me cause it's close by. read more

Seems like a typical tobacco/cigarette shop that added in vape juice recently. It's in the corner of a street that gets pretty heavy traffic during certain times so I recommend not coming in during rush hour. There's a couple food carts right next door and parking seems like it's shared so be mindful of that. The pretty neat thing is that there's a drive thru so if you don't feel like coming in just drive on through. We came in to pick up some vape juice, they don't have a lot of options so I suggest going somewhere else if you want better options. The staff isn't that friendly or knowledgeable, they seem to like customers that don't ask a lot of questions, who know what they want and go in or out. If you're in there for "tobacco" related items this is probably your go to.. but if you go there for vape items, I wouldn't even bother. read more

Great prices, friendly staff and lots of product to choose from! They have a few food trucks in the parking lot which have great food. The Thai place is my favorite and the BBQ place has great hush puppies. Plus they have a drive thru for when you don't want to get out of your car! Winning! read more

I came in 2 weeks ago and Omar sold me a vape pen for 39.99, I see him pick and choose a couple top prices which is okay cause I trusted this place. I get in the car and the fucking top to the tank won't screw on and I lost it within 5 minutes. Normally I would have turned around and returned it but I was near the end of my lunch break so I couldn't and didn't have the time when I was off. I went in later and the firl who works there was very nice and helpful, got the owner on the phone and since I didn't have my receipt, he told her to take my name, number, what I bought and the price I paid and he would call me the next day, well a week later I call and talk to Omar and am told he's never there etc etc etc. Just giving me excuses. By this time I have a credit card statement and proof. My girlfriend went in and the girl was working and same thing, she tried and called him and he's asked fory info again. A week later I go in an talk to Omar, he proceeded to give me the owner is never in bullshit and tells me it's my fault for not checking it before I left the store and basically tells me it's my fault. This place is bullshit, good kratom prices, but if Omar is in the store, prepare to get ripped off. The owner doesn't care as long as he gets his money, the only sane person there is the girl who is cool as hell, but after the response of, oh you should have checked before you left the store, I won't be back.
