I go to this Cosmoprof when I'm visiting my Mom who lives in Bullhead. Last visit Courtney was very helpful

Drove an hour and a half from havasu to bullhead city to buy products but since I didn't have my Cosmoprof "card" the lady would not let me purchase anything. She said I wasn't in her system even though I'm registered as a customer. I wasn't even allowed to show my valid cosmetology license to buy. This is ridiculous. I will buy my items elsewhere. My friend is licensed and I am not. The manager made me feel like a dirtbag and told me I wasn't allowed in the store. I walked out and waited for my friend outside. I didn't know the policy and if it was on the door we didn't see it because it was propped open as they were getting deliveries. I went in today to grab a few items. The manager Pricila was at the register. From the moment I stepped into the store she was side eyeing. I greeted her and she was short and dry. I drove into town for the holidays and made a quick stop. I had my card and cash in hand. I have shopped in this store MANY times before and have never been asked to provide proof of identity. I explained to her that I didn't have any ID on me since I had never been asked to provide that. She denied the sale. Which is fine, if that's your job, then I can respectfully return later with an ID.... but her smugness was a level of petty that was unnecessary. I ask for the manager and she gave eyes , lips and chin like she owned the products. Priscilla, the community you work and live in is way too small for big petty attitudes.
