She acknowledged the photos then proceeded to began shaving the sides of his hair proclaiming that the style she was doing was actually what's popular amongst teenage boys this day. Totally ignoring the style my son wanted and insisting she knew what was better for him. She's talking about the ugly-a Scottish/UK boy Youtube wannabe teenage boy haircut (shaved on the sides and curly on top and hangs over forehead) that actually doesn't look good on anyone...also his hair isn't curly so wtf was she even thinking? Nor would his face shape be good with it. Also he's not a poser wannabe so why would he want that haircut to begin with? Either way, traumatizing for my son because how could you not feel a lack of autonomy when some random chick who doesn't know you decides to not listen and force her own body/hair modification ideals onto him without consent? Luckily his grandma spoke up when she realized what this loser was doing. Fern Stopped with his hair half shaved and they left. We even had to pay for this violation because Fern is money hungry and self serving and can't admit when she's clearly wrong and messed up. Like a normal, professional stylist would have not done that (give someone a haircut they didn't want) but even if mistakes happen would have acknowledged it, apologized and tried to fix or not charged. Nope, not Fern. She's going to mess you up and not care because you still have to pay her. It's sad that Holiday Hair likely won't do anything to reprimand the stylists with negative reviews. Maybe the stylists are renting booths there and it's "their" own business. Either way, people want to trust Holiday Hair as a brand but walking away multiple times now because of multiple crappy stylists not listening to their clients or manipulating them into things they don't want because the client feels obligated to trust their stylist just sucks. Anyway watch out for Fern. She thinks she knows what's best for you and won't give you the autonomy to decide your style and cut for yourself.

I got a brazilian wax here and it was by far the worst…read moresalon experiences of my life (I have been getting waxed for several years now in multiple states where I have lived.) It took this girl over 2 hours to complete and was one of the most painful experiences of my life. In the middle of it, I was ready to just jump up and tell her to stop.
